Not exactly. I'm embarassed to admit, but this is the first game in which I dug into the code in search of spoilers. So under the spoiler this goes.

Oops, I saw your answer to Pax after I posted this. It seems we were saying the same thing, just in slightly different words.

Thanks for the extra information! I never looked under the hood at the code so, when there was no Bella Kiss and no Bella showing up at the end of CH 4.5, I took that to be the MC was no longer on the Bella path.

This says that the Bella path has at least one earlier on/off switch, at least as it impacts events, post Bella kiss choice.

We still don't know the full consequences of no Bella kiss, but that mystery will have to wait to be solved until Season 2.

Ocean is telling an even deeper story than I realized - with more path possibilities to keep track of.

Because for some reason people cried like a toddler because she was having big bazongadongas and a big butt with the chapter 1 remake, even when the model doesn't change from old chapter one and someone needs to be the most volumptuous girl in the game, and even other girls comment that she has a brutal body, but for some reason that was absurd, so Oceans decide to change it.

The MC is now less edgy and psychotic than he was before the remake. But with that anime hairstyle, dark hair, dark clothes and with the cold eye and reserved demeanor, he might definitely be mistaken for an emo.

Good shit, and here I am again, skipping Ch1 entirely and that's true, just like jou said. Very interesting character development right after that arc and it turns out pretty interesting.

I must take my criticism back I guess, judging too harshly and too fast brought no benefits, lesson learned.

About no-Bella kiss path. I tried that route, but I still always treated her well. And in the locker room scene, she gets jealous of Robin and Sasha notices that she's in love. So I think it might still be possible to go Bella's path. The only question is, has someone tried not to treat Bella well? Will the dialogue with Robin change?

If you're not in Bella's path, then you won't even have a chance to kiss her after the date, and in the locker room she won't react in any way to rumors about you and Robin.

But, yeah, the most important thing is that Bella trusts the MC. In this case, even if he did not kiss her, she is still closely watching the MC and, apparently, is jealous of every girl.
