I would say it's getting silly but um...... I think were way past silly!
And remember.....Season 1 was pretty much done at the end of November 2023.
I know caused I played the damn thing then! Crazy but that's how it is....

Ch5 Beta =/= Season 1. Regardless of what anyone says, the Beta didn't have all the content of Season 1, even if the story didn't progress past Ch5. Good or bad, there was no Mrs Hill talking about Nika's previous skill with basketball, no Seigbert, no Dwight, Robin, and Sasha in the bar, no stalker Cheeto in the clothes store, no mention of NIka's previous criminal charge. Those things were scenes that were adjusted, but they still required work. Replay the beta and persuade yourself that the old renders in Ch2 weren't a jarring change.
There's still things I prefer before the rework was complete, but that's an old topic. Season 1 has 2200 odd renders that were changed from Ch5 Beta, so they're not the same. Otherwise, why does everyone complain about the jacuzzi scene having been cut?

Yes it was and it was pretty much the end of season 1.
It was then given to steam{in December of 2023} after he took out a few scenes
hoping to apse the steam Gods and give it a lesser adult
rating but that didn't work and then the long wait for steam.....
Finally approved for steam and released on May 10 2024..
So yeah being a sub I was pretty much done playing it after
December 0f 2023. I did buy the game on steam when it was
released in May to show my support but I dropped my sub after that.
And so here we all are waiting and waiting
and.......

He also changed the dialogue when Vic was hit by the car
and the basketball game{and the renders} before it released on steam. Yeah I know I was a sub!
But in the end the game was pretty much done except for part of the new renders and some dialogue changes.
But whatever man it's all good while we wait.........

Well I kinda remember it a bit differently, because, for example, yeah, he made a new heist scene with Bella and the rabid catso ~ by the end of November 2023 and the new Nami branch of CH2 by December 2023. In January 2024, he was showing new renders of the basketball game from CH2 where Bella crushed the MC's balls.Yes I did and more than half of that was done when chapter 5 beta came out in November of 2023.

And he finished the full version of S1 somewhere around March 2024. After that, he played ping-pong with Steam for a couple more months, trying to achieve a 16+ rating and changing individual renders.
Oh, well, and at the same time in January 2024 he released the WiAB CH3 Full, but that's another story.
It's just that from your post one gets the impression that the SG S1 was ready back in the end of 2023, and he was working on S2CH1 since then.

No since it was never alive in the first place.
After all it's game and were allwaiting for the first chapter because it's a damn good game and I think you feel
the same way or else you wouldn't be here right?
