I live in a relatively rich region of Germany and almost in the city-centre. And It still took me 10h+ to download Baldurs Gate 3 (130GB) and the upload is even worse.

So yeah, those statistics are useless and don't reflect reality, it's really weird here in Germany

10 hours? That doesn't seem right. I'm from Mexico and with my mid-tier internet speed I can download Baldurs Gate 3 in three or four hours.

But he said it took him 10 hours to download BG3 which is significantly lower than my download speed which is not even the fastest one available in Mexico. So either the internet speeds on Germany are utter shit or he has the most basic internet connection of his country.
