Where does he live, in the woods? This is speed from 90's or so. Only himself is to blame for such a crappy connection. This is not even remotly representative of the average speed in germany.

Germany and its Internet is Area placed meaning u have Areas where u have 10 gb + upload etc. and other like myself where u need to have the pc up for 3 days to download gta and so on. I think hes located somewhere where the internet is bad. thats why the avg. Internet statistic doesnt mean much

So yeah, those statistics are useless and don't reflect reality, it's really weird here in Germany

I live in a relatively rich region of Germany and almost in the city-centre. And It still took me 10h+ to download Baldurs Gate 3 (130GB) and the upload is even worse.

So yeah, those statistics are useless and don't reflect reality, it's really weird here in Germany

I also live in a part of the world where upload/download are pathetic. When I need to upload stuff for clients I use a hotspot with my phone. Almost instant gratification. But I guess I have no idea what data plans are like in Germany.
