the dev can have at least twice as many Patreons as he has right now if he would just spend more time on his Patreon page.
I just don't get it. I mean he invested all those time and money on these awesome-looking renders and animations, story writing, coding, and more but don't bother to give some weekly updates about his progress.

I don't think that's it. I think it has to do with the frequency of updates. Like i only came across this game a couple of days ago when version ch3 final came out. before that i had no idea this existed or was even good. I played the dev's other game, which is also very good, but the amount of time between updates, just completely makes me forget about the game and the developer. And unless your game is on some next level shit, like stuff such as being a dik which blows any other game in its genre out of the water, rarely updating your games is going to make it fly relatively under the radar.
Also this game has no sex scenes so that's not helping his patreon. Also his other game suffers from kind of the same problem, no sex scenes with some of the "better" characters.
And more of a personal issue, the tags drugs and graphic violence can be quite off putting when looking for a adult game that interests me. And the "main image" of sonya, kind of makes the game look a bit dark and more leaning towards fantasy medieval setting, instead of a college modern theme which i personally prefer when it comes to porn visual novels.

Seeing how that game is almost two years in development now I can't help but wonder if either the tags are wrong or if there is actually no sexual content yet.

Thank you. Maybe the [no sexual content] tag should be added then for the time being.
Also the [incest] tag should go to "planned tags". If there is no sexual content yet, there can be no incest content either, yes?

To be honest with a game that looks this good with it's amazing emotional writing I'm not really bothered that they has been no actual sex scenes in this amazing story yet.
They are many games on here that have been ruined by rushing to get to the fap scenes, I'm just glad that this game isn't one of them.
You can ruin a good meal by giving it a quick boil, keep it simmering for a better taste at the end.

Incest is only optional. In the case he is chosen, MC's roommate, Nami, turns into MC's sister. And I guess incest doesn't require sexual content, because there's a scene where Nami and MC kiss. This means romantic incest, which has not yet reached the sexual stage.

The f95 tag definition is quite clear on that. Incest [Sex act between family relatives, including those not related by blood.]
Thanks for your reply anyway. Since I pre-choose my games by the tags I'm a stickler for the right tags. I don't have much time for games - maybe 30-60 minutes a day, including browsing and commenting on f95 - and in this case a [no sexual content] and the [incest] tag in genre-planned tags would have saved me quite some time I could be gaming instead.
I will bookmark this game for now and check back in 6 months to see hoe the sexual content is coming along.

That's why I asked.
It's not all I care about, but I neither like adult games with only sex scenes and no story, nor with only story and no sex scenes.
