even pirates have standards.I honestly don't even care about the dialogue changes really, like most of you guys do. There is so much dialogue in this game, I won't remember really any of it, I will remember scenes but not dialogue.
Some of the scenes being changed sucks, like no more nudity with zara and vanessa in the hot tub, but at the same time I am slightly ok with this because, it makes sense for zara not to want to get nude with MC yet, vanessa doesn't really make sense, she should of still got nud based on her personality.
I wish some scenes like nipple pump and jacuzzi grinding stayed, but at the end of the day what can you do, this still one of my all time fav, tied number 1 on list with 2 other avns, and I am not going to bitch and moan, and let this ruin my day or mood, with some changes and choices that were made.

Where are you getting your stats for the overwhelming majority of people playing Summers Gone disable their music?
I get that you disagree with Ocean's reasoning for censoring some of his images to preserve music licenses, but SG has Great music.
IMO - yes - My opinion - Ocean's music helps to make SG a Great AVN.
You can certainly speak for yourself here, but I Know you don't speak for the overwhelming majority of people playing Summers Gone.
I can say that I have Rarely seen any of Ocean's Paying supporters complain about his music and if we are willing to support Ocean's music choices with our $ (anyone who truly disagreed would stop supporting with $, right?), why wouldn't he take that into account when deciding to create a Steam rev of SG?

Here's the problem.
There are people like you who go "oh well nothing big was changed its ok" and are pretty much ok with small censorship until it effects something you like and then there are people like me who can look behind the change, see why they are doing it and where they are going with it and can tell from a glance that its NOT a good thing.
Again, remember this post in 5 years when the game has ZERO sex scenes because steam changed their policy on this or that. Once they get steam money there's no going back and steam can change things in an instant.

Must agree with the crying babies with pants down here, this game was one of my fav, but in a forum of adult games, the "adult things" in the dev note never come in this game. It's like the dev don't have found a forum big enough like f95 to promote his game and said it have adult things to post here. Now it got attention enough, he is "cleaning" the game. I don't know why, cause steam is ok to mostly of the porn games there.
Yet, i must say i do understand the dev too. It's hard to find a game comunitty like the one we have on this forum, and, damn, the game story is nice, very well wrote. This game have much potential, the dev did a very good work.
Now, as i see, it will have 3 different paths: People will abbandon the game, like me. People who will keep playing, and that's cool. And the people who will just send hate to the game vs the people who will defend it, and that's not cool. You don't like the game? Don't play. This forum have so many good games, you don't have to spread hate. Yeah, i do understand the frustration, but it's life.
I will remove from my watch list just because of my own likes. It's a good game, but i'm here to play good games with lewd scenes. And, i feel like the dev got lost in his own story. Since the last update, before this one, i got this feeling, and it broke the "magic" of the immersion for me.
This long post serve as a warning to people tinking about downloading the game. The dev got it clear in the dev note, it's not a porn game. It's a fcking teaser with good scenes and beautiful models, but most what you will got is like Game of Thrones, no, even less than GoT, cause GoT have sex. This game offer adult things like the ancient times of the 90's, just nude females and tits, no sex. But the story deserves a chance i must say. If you like VN's for the story without holding Ctrl, go for it. If you are looking for something more spicy, look somewhere.
Really now, don't hate post just because you was left with a boner for the models.
