Nope, the genre of the game depends on the dev, who has said: Summer's Gone is a story-focused Visual Novel with adult elements.

But i don´t care too much tbh, if people want to call it porn game so be it, my life is going to be the same independently how people call it . For me never is going to be a porn game except if at some point Ocean changes that story-focused idea.

Ocean said that in season 2 there will be sex scenes and as soon as he adds them to the game it will immediately receive porn status. After this happens, Steam will make the rating for season 2 18+. Of course, you can write on Steam that you don’t think this game is porn, but it’s unlikely they’ll listen to you.

Nika is like that because of his trauma he wasn't always like that. If you played WIAB William was called a drama queen hell he cried for like a nice chunk of a chapter. Also in the original WIAB William was not tough in jail.

Dafuq do you actually know about William? Let alone William as a father? I think it's pretty clear that the MC is Willi and Miru's kid and Nami is William and Daphne's kid. I also think it's pretty fucking clear why they gave up their kids if you play WiAB. Whatever organization Leia is running is clearly a criminal enterprise that will grow in size and power which makes them targets. It makes every bit of sense in the world to send them away for their safety. It also makes sense that their guardian would have as many contacts as Noji does and why the Zane's would keep a watchful eye on the siblings.

Now would I bet my life on this being accurate? Fuck no! Why? Because there isn't a shadow of a doubt in my mind that Ocean could throw away all narrative reason and logic for a moronic twist further down the line. I do not hold Ocean in nearly as high regard as some of his more fervorent fans here.

Basic instinct and many other action/thriller movies from the 80/90ties, Baise moi along with many other french movies labeled as "erotic" not "porn", many japanese movies labeled as erotic not porn, for example "in the realm of senses", even the Game of throne series to name something pretty recent, and so on. Especially the french and japanese movies show often full penetration and it is still not porn.
And that Steam is just too lazy to care was discussed many, many times especially in this thread already.
