Yeah, but we get a flashback of that scene the "collapse lung" line, Nika was not conscious at the time - probably- and later did not care what hospital he was in. I agree that his memory is conveniently fogged, just enough to make a mystery. Is not impossible that they knew each other I not just where my mind goes when I think about it. And apparently "everyone knew Nika form where they grew up" according to Nami. And Nika knows supertopmodel² Elsa deladings without a zane relation (if summer isnt related to the zane's in some way) so who knows. Maybe Nika saved her cat in the past
