Now you're comparing Adult Visual Novels developed mostly as hobbies or passion projects(usually by one person), to triple-A titles developed by studios with dozens of employees and hundreds of thousands of dollars worth of funding? Sir, I've never made any comments in regards to anyone's intelligence before in reference to comments like these, but you've brought me really close today lol. You came here for porn. Some are looking for romance. Some are looking for a good story. Some are searching for something deeper than your standard pornographic game. What you did was come here complaining about this particular game without knowing anything about it. You complained about something you knew nothing about. Does that make any sense to you?

Furthermore, there's a massive number of games on this site. Not every developer is trying to create a scenario straight out of a porn movie. There are quite a few games here that take themselves seriously when it comes to providing an actual story for their players. Summer's Gone is one of those such games. Now one thing I've realized, speaking to you, is that our views on the game are subjective. So I digress. Though I still don't understand why you're making these comments on the game having not tried it. Slow-burn AVNs usually put the story first, with the adult content brought in further on down the line. But this is one of the things you'd know, had you played the actual game instead of complaining about it.

There are games on this site which have no sexual content as well (not that many, but there are a few).

Also, there are games which have very slow burn in terms of how the storyline progresses where sex doesn't come quickly, but much later in the game. Yet in such games the story is great and keeps players engaged (examples of such games would be "Rebirth" "The DeLuca Family").

So as Razrback16 said above, why don't you just first try out the game and judge for yourself (after completing) whether you like it or not?
Who knows, the story might surprise you (or not). I mean I like it, and the characters, but you'd need to experience it to really find out whether it's for you or not.

I just find it is a bit pointless trying to argue "why bother" with other folks if I haven't even played the said game and tried it out.
Or the alternative could be you just moving onto another game that is right for you, if you believe sexual content is the absolute "make or break" condition for your enjoyment.

Well to be honest I think I do remember playing the first release 3 years ago and being very disturbed with it. I recall a scene where you point and fire a gun at a school teacher not knowing there are blanks in it while a pedestrian bleeds out and then you see said teacher the next day and nobody seemed to care there was an attempted murder by a student.

I merely came here to verify that in the 3 years since not a single adult scene took place. I mean come on. 3 fricking years of development? I mean the MC is obviously a sociopath from what that first release showed and he couldn't get any action in all that time? Not one drunken hookup? Not one time he could manipulate at least some girl?

Maybe I'm just jaded by the numerous devs who know what we are "really" here for and once the LI dominos start falling one by one the support starts to go by the wayside when the story starts to wind down. Maybe it really is as great now as you all seem to think, but from what I have seen years ago and the fact the story hasn't seemed to move forward much I'll just have to check back in 10-15 years and see if sex is indeed allowed in this devs little universe.

You should also know that Oceanlabs did not spearhead the version that you'd played, unlike the version that is here today. Jaded or not, your comments were still pretty dumb, I'm sorry. Actually no. The lack of sex scenes is neither caused by the constant introduction of new characters nor by some annoying blue-ballers but by the MC himself. His depression affects him to point of causing sexual dysfunction and a complete lack of desire. He has never been closed to get laid so far, he doesn't give a fuck. As for the most developed relationship for now ( Bella ), while there's obviously some sexual tension, none of them are ready to give it a try.

In the end, that's just a slow burn with a depressed MC. Sure, a traditional Porn VN MC would have already banged half of the side girls ( Nia, Ayuya, Robin...). But it's not like players have not been warned.

Just to clarify my post was not a complaint I did actually appreciate and like the game. But what I wrote was my honest feelings after playing it when it came to the erotic part and unless we played different games I am pretty sure at the end of part 3 or if it was 3.5 not sure he was about to get sexual with one of the girls (Nami to be specific if I remember the name right) and then another one walks in and then they break it off. I thought the memes in the sex gallery was pertty funny and spot on which was why I wrote what I did.

MC entered the ladies' washroom by mistake. He was talking with Robin when suddenly a few girls entered the washroom as well.

Robin hides MC and herself in the water closet. They are simply hiding in the water closet because of other girls outside cuz it's weird to see a dude in a ladies' washroom. There is no sex here.

There are no sex scenes because they're not yet relevant to the story. I can understand if we were at that point in any of the Love Interests' storylines, but we're not. It's not because the "dev doesn't want it", but because it wouldn't make any sense for the Main Character to sleep with anyone at this point in the story. This being a "porn-focused" site does not mean that all games inputted have to share the same philosophies when it comes to sex. Also, it's one thing to ask about pornographic content and another thing to bash the game entirely due to its lack thereof(which a lot of people seem to be doing lately).
