Did you use UnRen to enable the developer menu? Open unren-dev and change config.developer to False.

Í really enjoyed the new update, but i would have preferred more content with the other girls instead of the table top session.
I have the mod and getting lots of "image 'b65' and others (b73) +++ not found".

Shame so much of the update was "wasted" on the board game, and me personally having a thing for satisfying revenge would have wanted some retribution but otherwise this game delivers as it usually does.
I am very afraid that you are right, the character development is very well established and could take a long time, taking into account that it may have different routes for the choice of each girl. That and the fact that each update takes more than 6 months to appear makes me think that eventually the game will be abandoned, it's a shame because it is the game that I liked the most of all that I have played.

Waste of time? Clearly characterisation isn't a waste of time at all! The RPG session exists because it gives characters like Nadia some depth they wouldn't receive otherwise.
