Assume you used mods and it's borked. Enable console and type "jump Chapter4alt"

Glad to see that I was right about Oceanlab gaining those patrons back(the ones that left). He's gotten more than 80 patrons in the last 5 days alone. Imagine how many he'll get after the final version has been released(because I know a lot of people are waiting for that version before they play). It's really only up from here

Well, I just couldn't hold myself and played the beta already but you're right, it's certain that he will gain more patrons after the full release but in order to increase the support of Summer's Gone for a very long time period, we need one more chapter before this year ends. I have my faith in him.

Your surprise is in big part because the girls you mentioned have not yet had their turn in the spotlight. But their story has been planned by Ocean. Think how much spotlight Zara has had in this Chapter 4 and how much more people like her now. Anyway she's a LI and will probably remain one, there's no reason to worry. Vanessa is on the same level as far as we know too.

fully agree Down to how much spotlight that have had thus far. Partly reason I think Bella for most is LI, had a decent amount for her. No doubt way Ocean is writing things, when other's get there turn will just be as good and brought to the fore as Zara did. IMO writing will really make them all compelling in there own way once they had there time to shine IMO.

I am long since out of school (1990) and even in my time that was not that uncommon. And as I ride the subway everyday I can easily tell it didn't get "better". I am not saying every girl/young woman dresses like that (here in Germany), but it surely is not unseen. Hotties tend to dress that way and ... well every girl in Summers gone is hot.
As for Bellas date outfit: she likes to provoke, just in case you missed the subtle hints.

is because of the bond or trust that they have for each other

the reasons for the jacuzzi is that the MC was trying to get more information out of the girl with the eyes

or it could be that the MC was trying to fit in for his mom

I'm also really trying to figure out who are the girls that you're referring to. Have you ever been to a college/uni campus? I'm a fairly recent graduate, and all I'm going to say is that if you think that they're dressing provocatively, then maybe you should visit an actual campus yourself.

For the sister I mean, I know how girls dress on hot days but going to school with literally just underwear is kinda too much. Not just for being in public but even more for the context of going to class.

Bella's outfit is not just provocative, she's literally showing her nipples, which wouldn't be considered just "sexy" but more like inappropriate. Again, specially in the context of the place where they are in those scenes.

Yet again, gonna repeat myself, I know this is just a porn game, but feel like it contrast with how serious the dialog is (if this were fucking 23 sisters I would not give a fuck). I can't think so many others VN with girls dressing at this level of sluttishness on a date or public in general, even when they took themselves way less serious.

Not saying they have to dress like nuns, but a little bit more prude. Maybe Bella not showing her nipples and Nami going with shorts instead of just panties would be ok.
