People disappointed about Bella taking a back seat are going to be extremely disappointed if the LI list remains that big.
Unless this game is going to transition to the BaD lewd route with plentiful side LIs after MCs penis is fixed, I don't see how you could reasonably accommodate that many LIs without it being a fuckfest on top of the tremendous technical debt that much pathing will accrue.
