Beta doesnt necessarily mean it wouldnt be all 3 chapter though right, part of the update with chapter 3 was some revised stuff in chapters 1 and 2 no?No need to think, you can check it yourself
I Guess beta release means content is done but there maybe few bug which are not fixed

SG has not to wait on WiAB anymore and vice versa.
The work on 3.5 will begin immediately after the release of the final version. So in around a week or two.
