Beta doesnt necessarily mean it wouldnt be all 3 chapter though right, part of the update with chapter 3 was some revised stuff in chapters 1 and 2 no?

SG has not to wait on WiAB anymore and vice versa.
The work on 3.5 will begin immediately after the release of the final version. So in around a week or two.
