If you go back now to the time Fortuna ღ was talking about, you would miss Many posts and some reviews - as moderators came in and nuked part of the thread, removed some posts/user comments/reviews selectively and outright banned some of the users who were Trolls trying to hide behind the anonymity of F95.
What you see that remains did not catch the moderator's attention, at least enough to purge it.
This is one of the reasons that you will see comments from people who have been here and active on this thread for years as We remember just how bad it was and how much negativity there was, Much of it from people who come here and take SG for free.
FYI - it was bad enough that Ocean deleted his F95 user id - which some like me appreciated (I value his time spent elsewhere Far more than trying to respond to 'certain takers') -- haters are just going to hate - nothing will change their minds and they don't care if they ruin something for others...
Genuine discussion is Always good but ... there are some who absolutely feel that F95 is the place where hate is Just fine - after all, no one Knows who they are...
No meaningful consequences can breed a Nasty sense of entitlement for those so inclined.

SG was released on 8th of may 2019 and guess what year is this, oh it is 2024, you can read it huh? and what month is this? yeah april 18 You've about 20 days left for SG to be 5 years. I repeat 5 fucking years, making it 1 chapter per year. Now tell me how the fuck did you average it at every 4 and a half fucking months.
WIAB release or not, it still shows that even after Ocean took over SG it didn't improve the development cycle. PERIOD!

Improving or not improving development cycle would be about comparison of last year of development (numbers of renders) and first year of development.

It's not that simple to be honest. There's .5 chapters, which for most games would be a full chapter. Then there's betas. These are all releases with major updates in content. And the rework means the first year of development was written off, as nothing from the first two chapters remains in 5 full whenever we get to see it.So, you're telling me that you can't simply grasp the simple fact that Ocean is releasing 1 chapter per year.
So yeah, I'd say it's faster than you've painted it, but regardless, it's going to be a long haul to see the end of the development.

If my memory serves me correctly, at least Ch. 5 Beta was already rendered in 4K, so I don't think your sentence is valid, when you wrote "everyone is worried that the release time of the chapters will increase, or Ocean will start again asking for money for new video cards."
And just for curiosity, you do know that you don't really need a 4K display to look at a 4-8-12K image on it, and notice the differences, the more details, etc.?

I get that but It still doesn't come out of that 1 ch per year cycle. I didn't tell Ocean to rework them he did it so it's on him making development cycle again falling to 1 ch per year even if we got more renders in Ch5(of which 1 quarter will be rework we got and we still have some CH2 rework left.).

Nothing new tho, but the closer the release gets, the more nervous breakdowns happen in the thread.
By the way, last year, during the release of WiAB, the same thing happened in WiAB thread, the howling began from the moment Ocean announced the date a week before the release. My notifications were triggered every hour: another new account landed into the thread and wrote the typical "There will be no release this year, is this game abandoned, see you in two years, I’ll die before..." Well, you all know their template post.
On the day of release, the howl turned into an ultrasonic squeal. Starting from why the update was not released at 0:01 AM GMT, along the way calling out the "fanatics" and "Ocean's dick riders" who dared to dissonate with the squealers, and ending with the bets on how many months Ocean will delay the release, about an hour before it happened.
Then the moderator came and wiped the fuck out the whole thing. And for everyone who wanted to continue whining and bitching, he created a separate dedicated thread.
