If you only play one route, yes you will lose content. But that is entirely on you and a you problem for intentionally not seeing all the content there is to offer.
very well could be. But I played Artemis recently and was amazed by the story. I read that this game isnt high on porn and is more story focused and thought it could be my jam.
Just download all these mods together and put them in the game, you will have all the deepest secrets of the game in front of you, all the routes combined, all LI's in a harem path.....just no sex though.
The content which is cut, was cut by Ocean. Make of that what you will. You'll be doing one LONG play through with the mods, just to see a couple of scenes and no longer know what the canon story that was released was. If you've never played it, you don't know what small things you'll miss. There's like 1 vagina, a couple of penises, no sex, one scene in a jacuzzi (which is getting it's proper animation in Season 2 instead of Season 1, a couple less boob shots. Some dislogue that has been tamed.
I personally have only used the Infamous Patch, just because the patch has fixed the one or another relationships that haven't make sense in the past - and I'm not talking only about the Nika <-> Nami thing. Vic and Maja are supposed to be siblings and that was reduced to roommates, that patch has fixed that, but IIRC in the final version was that restored by Ocean - so from this perspective is this patch not necessary anymore.
I think 95% of the players there have only played Ch5 Beta, and the guys are screwed, because finishing S1 Final is absolutely necessary to start S2. Because S1 asks you for a name of that particular save after the end of the game that is used to part the needed variables from S1 to S2
The Maja and Vic relationship only needed to be obscured if Ocean was to do a threesome. As that's so unlikely now (and makes sense to the story and characters) there is no reason for Maja and Vic not to be sisters, the same way Vanessa and Zara are sisters. And yes, in the season 1 release they are sisters.

It's honestly not worth the hassle. There maybe 2 scenes that add something special, both Nami's scenes. Other than that, a few jokes cut, logos taken out nothing that really affects the story. Oh and the music has been changed, because of licensing issues.
It's Vol 1, Ocean's said every LI with have a goth set (pinch of salt) I can totally imagine Sasha as a goth Nier cosplay.
Do we know when its coming, or just "coming soon" as in, whenever ocean wants?

But, we also don't know if you're on all the routes, how that will backfire because it's not a harem game - maybe those things aren't set in stone yet, but Nami reacts differently to Bella and Mila if you're on her path, Mila acts differently if you're on Bellas path, so far it's just slight changes of reactions, a couple of renders. It's worth considering having a save for each path where you treat the different LI as the only one, as well as the manwhore approach, and the monk approach. You've got time before Season 2 Ch1 drops anyway, might as well make those saves.

In chapter 4.5, if you chose to go outside with Mila, she forcefully kisses you if you're on Bella's path
Yeah all those choices have slightly different outcomes. But if Nika tells Bella 'we don't make a great team' the locker room scene is totally different, which lets you know someone else had a hand in handcuffing Nika (so Hill gave the handcuffs, did she do it to test Nika's mettle? Or because Katie told her to treat Nika differently seeing Hill has knowledge of Katies plan?) We only find out that Hill has been watching Nika since before Summer if we didn't choose the heist, and Bella knees Nika in the nads. So suddenly Hills involvement seems a bit more contrived. Then we find out that Melanie used to beat up Bella, and the reason Mila and Bella don't like each other. And more Kate. On that path, we also find out from Nami (when talking on the bike at night) Nika was charged with something criminal before, and we know form Officer Cerill that he doesn't have a record, so either someone's wiped his record or the charge was dropped.
There's nothing wrong with just making the decisions you'd make in Nika's place. We've all just had so much time between updates, we've replayed it more than once or twice while waiting. Stick with your gut, there's no WRONG playthrough. We don't know what the main storyarc really is yet, so it's hard to choose things based on goals or facts, just feelings.
