If he decided to remove incest and chose as an argument “well, you see, it’s prohibited,” then this is his own, idiotic decision. The source of the example is on both Steam and Patreon. And the platform will not be able to charge a game with such mechanics for something that, in fact, is not in it, because you, PLAYER, can put the word “trans” or “helicopter” in there, and it won’t work out conveniently.

I have to push back on several things you mentioned.

First of all "grotesque" is a more than apt description of what several of Ocean's characters are to me. Namely Leia, Helen, Mila, Dana, Karen, Nadia and a couple of gals from the book club. Also SG used to have a large cast of female characters with distinct and varied physical features and traits to please a wide array of tastes. I don't find the "bimbofication" funny or enjoyable in any way. It just kills the diversity in female bodies.

Second, I would like to dispute the "people like Mila exist". No they don't. No woman can have that much meat on their bones while being that tight and perky. Not naturally at least. Gravity exists. Large tits sag. Period. Those features are usually also accompanied by strecth marks and cellulite. I clown her circus freak body precisely because there is nothing natural about it.

I don't view it as obsession. It's merely higher standards. I would never hold any real woman to the standards I see in an AVN character. That would be mental. I get to be picky about fictitious women precisely because they can easily be molded into an idealized vision of beauty.

All in all I just think you fail to grasp how disgusting some of these features can appear to someone whose tastes differ from your own. But I can help you get an idea. Try to imagine a 90 year old woman naked. A dried up raisin in the shape of a woman with flabby skin drooping from their withered flesh and brittle bones. Tits flat and sagging below the waist. Get the picture? Good. Now think about how you feel looking at that dreadful sight. That guilty feeling of disgust, repugnance and revulsion is comparable to what I feel when I look at Mila naked or Leia topless.

Now is it a sin? Is it wrong? No. Do I want to see that shit? FUCK NO!

This is an old discussion that started late last year when Ocean promised to release the game, just like he does now, but then broke his promise. I don't remember exactly why subscribers came to this conclusion; too much time has passed.

I can come up with at least three possible explanations for why subscribers think there won't be any sex in the update.
1. After numerous rewrites, Ocean doesn't know how to continue the story.
2. Ocean is cowardly and afraid of being banned from Steam, even though sex is not prohibited there, unlike incest. Incidentally, Ocean began to be accused of cowardice after the censorship of Season 1. Few believed the excuses about expanding the audience, because it's stupid to censor a game for an audience that doesn't have money.
3. Ocean was asked on Discord if there would be sex in the update, but he ignored all these questions.

I'll leave alone speculations about how WiaB carries into this until we'v seen the next 3 chapters. There's scenes with Katie, so we'll hear more about her. Hopefully we get the Ayua fight scene, but if not, there's still heaps of scenes with her, I suspect we'll find out more. Emilio is still on Nika's radar for info, so the connections to WiaB will make some sense. How well Ocean connects the two games...well, we'll see. He might keep that stuff at arms length for a while to keep SG focused on Nika's trauma and the the healing theme. I think that would be wise, as he can't guarantee that every SG play will want to play WiaB.

As far as sex scenes, well this season is I think going to be 8 chapters? Someone will know. So I doubt there will be much in the first 3. The pacing would be wrong - Nika gos from no boner to raging hormones in a day? We've already seen teaser renders of Nika and Nami, so there will be that scene, but if there's much more than women trying to get a rise out of NIka in the first 3 chapters, I really don't know. Over the course of the season, I suspect we'll have a bunch of things, but I doubt we'll get any actual sex, mainly just 18+ lewd acts, rather than 16+ innuendo.

The release as far as I can tell will be 3 chapters, with each following chapter released as DLC on Steam. I think Ocean knows not to draw it out by dividing it into 3 releases - if he was going to do that, we should've had S2 Ch1 10 months ago and I'm sure people will let him know that.

Oh yeah, I don't think there will be sex scenes in the three first chapters, that, imo, will be unreal, and he is aiming for immersion. But the thing is, the whole season must have a sex scene, not with penetration, okay, I'm good with that, but at some point of the whole season Nika needs to, don't know, finger someone, lick someone, or even we could have a scene were Nika tries to have an actual fun but he can't finish for his mental state. I could be good with it too if the plot makes sense.

My expectations are high when it comes to renders, animations... This game has so much personality, and the sex is just a very valuable ingredient, but necessary (at some point, of course, don't like rushed things).

He can do what some other games do, release the 18+ content as a DLC. That way, he can still publish his game in restricted markets, and players over 18 can download that DLC.

As far as 18+ goes, everywhere I've seen Ocean talk about it on discord, it has been clear that Season 2 will be 18+. If he wants more mental health issues for 'research' to get inside Nika's mind, he can try an publish a another 16+ and see how that goes down. I'm convinced it'll be 18+ but there won't be much until the end of the season. That'll probably mean there will be full nudity from the start of the season, like there was previously (even if mostly just Nika's dick pics, and Vic's lonely vagina) until Ocean re-rendered for 16+. Considering he has full sex scenes in WiaB and has released that, I don't think he'll keep the game 16+. The only reason he tried was to keep the music licenses so they weren't a waste of money. Seeing that didn't work and he lost those licenses, S2 has no reason to try to get that rating. And the rating is only successful IF he gets it checked by the German board, it's got next to nothing to do with Steam.

About the body shapes - yeah, it's the way they are inconsistent and growing. Mila'a an extreme case because of how much she changed - she was thinner than Nadia to start with. Even Beanpole seems to have had breast surgery - the whole point of her is that she's meant to hav body dysmorphia right? If she's got as much as Nami as it looks in the current previews, then the issue of her temper feels pretty fake. I know dysmorphia means she doesn't see her body realistically no matter what her size, but she wouldn't be teased just because she's not as big as Nadia or Mila. At some point they all start to llok the same, so what's the point of having 20+ lewdable characters that all end up looking the same cup size?

All in all it's fine. There are tons of people who like large women or large breasts/asses. We all like what we like and even when it's not my thing I appreciate the variety. Nothing like looking at a Nia, Zara or Mila to appreciate a Sasha, Maja or Vanessa

I do however have real concerns about how far Ocean keeps pushing the physical traits of his characters. I don't think it's gonna stop given his track record. And at some point it's gonna be too much for many people.

Exactly! It's all about well written characters with an attractive body and an interesting and unique personality. That's what makes an LI interesting, imo.
