Well, it works for me (just tried). So, if it's not your disk being full, try another server (we have two), try another PC, change to a better internet provider, or just try again later. What should I do about your connection problems?

oh, didnt know you could do that here. Dont have that save anymore, disabling and enabling the mod seems to solve the issue.Why not attach it here, or just send me a pn? That's what this forum is for

Well, the steps you did not do right include a proper description on how to reproduce the error. What phone are you on? Delete all *.rpyc files (not the *.rpy files!) and try again. Delete the three *.rpyb files in the cache folder as well.
I extracted the mod inside game folder (i created manually cuz it didn't existed there before) and ran the game and it just produced this error nothing different i did and i have android 5.1.1 version
