I still can't reproduce it, so hopefully the changes I made to Beta23 have fixed it.

You ever think about making your own game? I played your mod and honestly its some really great stuff. There are almost no good sph/femdom games.
And absolutely no PE focused games, I'm sure many people would be very interested.

If I made my own game, I'd have to create original art. That would mean learning Daz 3D or drawing and scanning. It's way more work than I can take on right now, unless I devoted myself to it full-time.
I'd love to make games full-time, but it's not the kind of leap you take when you already have a good job with great benefits and an amazing pension. Realistically, I would have to make $10k per month to quit my job, which is something like 1/8th of what DC makes for Summertime Saga, which may be the most popular game on the site.
Top priority is finishing this mod. Then I'll have time to dabble in creating my own game and, if it doesn't work out, I only wasted my spare time.
Beta24 is almost done.

It's obviously going to be a very long project but, with the release of Beta24, I'm willing to go out on a limb and say that I'm probably 10% done.

I'm not trying to pressure you at all, but just for argument's sake, even if you created a rough draft for a game with your skills you could get people interested, start building a patreon and slowly work up to like 2-3k a month (I've just realized I don't know what currency you meant, I assume it's dollars), which would already be a pretty nice amount of extra cash, without really going all in, many people make more than that with less frequent updates than you.
At that point if it works out and you reach those really high numbers you can quit your job and do porn for a living (everyone's dream, right?) or you keep doing you and also earn an extra 10k. I admire your dedication to the craft but I really don't think you need to quit your job and give it your 100% from the get-go.

I don't make $120k per year, but I have a public service pension. If I put in 35 years, I'll get 70% of my salary when I retire, indexed to inflation. Based on average life expectancy, my pension alone could be worth $1 million. (That's why you need a union!) So, it's like making that much. In terms of pure salary, I'm on the low end of the pay spectrum, but a single promotion would put me in the middle. The industry average for what I do is $80k to $120k per year. Where I live, 100% of graduates from technology programs get a job. If you want a guaranteed job that pays way more than average, go to school for IT or some kind of tech.

I just have to reiterate that creating from scratch is a lot more work than editing existing code and images. I'm willing to explore the idea when I have more time. In the meantime, I think Summertime Saga is an amazing game, and I'm having a great time modding it. I love that people appreciate the effort, and I especially appreciate the donations to LGBT charities. I'm sure you've noticed all of the anti-trans legislation going on in the US. The pendulum swings back and forth, so you can never think that there's no longer a need for LGBT advocacy.

Beta25 is mostly an image update. I've come up with a new system for prioritizing images, and it's working out really well. I'll have more to say about this soon, but it involved an image audit to figure out how much work is left. I had thought I was only 10% done, but now I think it's closer to 25%.
It disappeared with Beta 24 but loading the save did say "there was a problem trying to load this old save" and Anon is no longer in panties. Not a huge deal.
Just thought of an idea that I think would be hot. Once you finish trans Eve's route and another character's route, you can unlock a dialogue option with Eve to basically make your relationship poly where Eve is also having sex with girls (though not at the same time since making threesome scenes out of scratch would be a big endeavor). From there, you can tell Eve about each girl whose route you've completed. Then after some in-game days, you unlock dialogue options with Eve and the other girl(s) to hear about their experience together with plenty of SPH and PE.
I love how you've written scenes, both serious and sexy, so it'd be fun to see how you'd handle each girl's relationship with Eve (eg, Mia is amazed to learn how much bigger cocks can be) as well as how Eve would feel about Anon being with other girls. You could add it for just the characters that you feel like adding so the project scale is up to you. Since these encounters would be text based, that should mean less work on the non-coding side of this idea. It'd also work well with Super Hung Eve once that's been added.

I knew that would happen, and it was necessary. There had been a boolean variable for Anon wearing panties (True/False), which required me to include a check of that variable at every point in the code where Anon is in his underwear, to display the correct underwear. I changed the variable to work like Eve's penis variable works, which is making it a string which is either empty or has text that should be appended to the file name to load the correct image, so that I would only need to make a change to the file that controls images to have it load the correct image throughout the entire game. I should have done it that way in the first place. Not doing it that way forced me to change it and screw up everyone's saves.

Even in fiction and fantasy, there's a limit to the suspension of disbelief. All games of this type ask us to believe that it's possible for the MC to be sleeping with more than a dozen women at the same time, without consequences, and the in-universe rule that makes that credible, in most cases, is that women love enormous cocks. In this mod, I've had to come up with reasons why each woman wants to have sex with Anon despite him being on the opposite end of the endowment spectrum, and I think it works well enough for our purposes.
I'm hesitant on this suggestion because it takes the already incredible premise that Anon can sleep with any woman in the game, and stretches it so that Eve can also sleep with any woman in the game, making her and every woman in the game at least bisexual or bi-curious. In the case of trans Eve, all of the women also have to be okay with Eve being a woman with a penis, which has definitely not been my own experience.
Yes, anything goes in a porn game, but this is an unusual case. Normal pornography can be largely visual, whereas SPH is about what people say, think, and feel. This mod fails (at least for me) if it's just an image replacement mod, like a hairy mod. People need to acknowledge the MC's lack of size and stamina, so the dialog has to ring true, and the scenarios have to feel believable. I can kind of see trans Eve being willing to have an open relationship so that Anon can still have penis-in-vagina sex, but I would find it difficult to write credible scenarios where Eve was able to convince Anon's lovers to also have sex with her, without him. Anon might be persuasive enough to convince his lovers to let Eve join them -- but then there would be no need for Eve to tell Anon about her conquests, so I'd have to put the threesomes in the game for anyone to know that they were happening.
I don't think I can make this one work in a way that I could be happy with.

If you mean image content, then no, I haven't touched the Roz images yet, but I will replace the images for everyone in the game. I think I've made dialog changes for her and, if I haven't, I will when I do the images.
If you meant original content then, in theory, content can be added for any character. I wasn't planning to add original content for every character, and I don't have anything planned for Roz. What did you have in mind?
FYI: the reason why the Pregnax pills warn "Do not use this medication if your partner is currently menstruating or has undergone menopause" is because it will eventually be possible to get Roz pregnant. The images have already been drawn. I definitely won't add anything that I know is going to be added to the game by the developers.

Now you've gotten me thinking about Eve's past relationships. We know that she's a virgin because of the "never have I ever" game, but it's still possible that she had relationships with men and/or women before Anon, and they could have been sexual. Eve is a pretty woman and there's no reason to think that guys haven't been hitting on her, so she may have done stuff with some of the male characters. We also don't know when trans Eve started transitioning. She might have been with girls when she was living as a boy.
I've been putting off adding content where Anon can ask about her transition. He would absolutely want to talk about it; there's no way that he just accepts that she has a penis and has no further questions. I could add details about her past relationships to her answers.
