I don't know if this is the bug you're referring to, but I also get an error when trying to check my stats in the phone, it refers to the sex stat being unavailable in the error screen. If I click ignore enough it goes back to the game so not a huge issue but can't see how many points I have in the other stuff.
I am in love with this mod, and it's really cool, and apart from some visual glitches in some scenes I haven't faced any bugs so far so it's pretty good.
I want some game suggestions from y'all, can you suggest some more games like this mod

If there were games like that, this mod wouldn't exist! I created the mod so that there would be a small cock protagonist game.

There are games where you can customize your character, and NPCs may react to your penis size. Love & Sex: Second Base has a small penis option. Women will say something about it the first you have sex with them, and that's the extent of it. The only other affect on gameplay is that reduces the ogodds of pregnancy. NPCs may say something like "That thing will never please me" if you choose a small penis in Lilith's Throne. (You can choose to be trans in that game, as well.) You can also customize your character to have a small penis or be trans in Degrees of Lewdity, and NPCs will react to it to some extent. There's little to no SPH content in any game that I've played where you can choose to have a small penis.
Taco has made some femdom games where the protagonist has a small penis, those being Second Class and Slave U. Those are specifically femdom games, so SPH is present, but most of the content is ball busting, feminizing, pegging, using the MC as a toilet, etc. These are part of the "magic women" genre, where women are all magic casters and men aren't, so they've created a matriarchal society and use magic to subjugate men. You can opt out of some types of content, but when you ask for femdom, you're going to get it. It can be a bit much if you're looking for something more vanilla or realistic.
I wanted a realistic game. I modded a game that has no magic, and I made the women respond to the MC's penis in a realistic way. In the real world, women probably won't scream "holy shit" when they see a micropenis, but the reactions are within the realm of possibility. The mod doesn't require too much suspension of disbelief.
There aren't a lot of games that have SPH at all, and most of those that do either tack it on, or go all the way to the extreme of femdom. I became aware of the dearth of good SPH games while searching this site and finding threads like Games with SPH/Premature Ejaculation and Looking for games that focus on SPH/NTR and started working on this mod. I see that someone has since compiled a "comprehensive list" at SPH - Comprensive List and Discussion.
There are also very few games with good trans content. Fetish Locator has a trans character, as does Gates Motel.

ImTransAndTiny already gave a great response, but I'll throw in something that might be tangentially related - The Chastity Game Recommendation List by richarddlopatin has some excellent games that often include SPH. Secretary, in particular, is a great game that has a lot of good trans representation, if that's what you're looking for, though it does tend to go to the extreme end of the femdom scale.

If you're talking about the MC, I consider Secretary a gender change game, not a trans protagonist game. It's one of those games where a male can be turned into a female at a level that trans people in the real world can only dream of. Like, "you now have a vagina that's so passable, no one would be able to tell that you weren't born with it. You are now a cisgender woman."
I dream of the day when there's a gene editing therapy that can convert a Y chromosome into an X, or vice versa, so that you can change not just your gender, but your biological sex. Secretary is a great fantasy, but I wouldn't call it trans representation. That would involve a character whose gender differs from their biological sex, and has to deal with intimate partners learning that they're trans, like Eve.

That's why diversity in the workplace matters. If all of the script writers are male, or straight, or white, or cisgender, they aren't going to write realistic women, or gay, or black, or transgender characters. If there are no minorities in management or HR or PR, they're going to create policies or ad campaigns that exclude or stereotype people.
It took a long time for there to be positive portrayals of black, Asian, Native American, gay, and disabled people on television and movies. We're still not really there yet for trans people. Porn is about fantasy, so it deliberately stereotypes and exploits every minority group. BBC porn, submissive and fetishistic Asian porn, amputee porn, lesbian porn, and even straight male porn all exploit stereotypes to get people off. The porn industry invented shemales, trannies, ladyboys, dickgirls, futanari, etc. And hey, I get it! I love Summertime Saga because of the big tits and harem-building, and the optionally trans character. I even gave Tyrone a BBC! Because this is fantasy, not reality.
If I wanted to go all the way with making Eve realistic, I could take away her ability to ejaculate, but I don't want to change the game, other than the MC. I figure that I'm doing my part by making Eve's dialog as realistic as possible, and adding those three conversations that Anon can have with trans Eve. I had Eve mention that she'll lose the ability to ejaculate but, realistically, with the amount of breast development she has, she's been on HRT for a long time and definitely wouldn't be able to ejaculate any more. By changing only the dialog, everyone can continue to get off on a passable trans character with cumshots, while also learning what trans women are really like.

Hi I just wanted to confirm that the mod works without any problem on android. I use joiplay and it runs pretty quickly. I know someone already mentioned this so just use this as a refresher.
