None of the stories are done. Those are the stories that had updates dedicated to them but none of them are DONE done. All of them will expand with the addition of the prom dance and the girlfriends and the poker and the sports festival etc.

The only branches which should be done in that sense are Diane and Jenny. For them I wouldn't expect any more content except minor additions and stuff that's needed for other stories. Everybody else should get some kind of update in the future (though some like Debbie and Roxxy likely won't feature that much new content) while Mia was always meant to get a second update and will certainly get quite a bit more story content, given that her story is currently more about Helen than about her.
Edit: I mean, that's what the development roadmap on the kompass page is for.
Right now Jenny is at 20/20, Diane/Roxxy are at 19/20 and Debbie at 18/20, while Mia is at 15/20. Of course things may change, as always, but it's certainly a good indication of how much story content DC plans to add.
I can't make a screenshot right now, maybe somebody else can post it at times.

Done in terms of the current main story. Once the main story is updated they will get more content i am sure.

Edit: That said, "pregnancy content" means getting pregnant and I don't think she'll get more than Diane or Jenny. So no sex scenes or background story.

I mean, for those who really can't bear this new concept it's probably reasonable to move on by now. The game has been on this long shedule for almost 2 years by now, the system seems to work and there's no prospect of DC changing it.
I guess there's a chance (I think Sploosh mentioned they are thinking about some scenes) but given how much stuff is actually left to do and how much time that's going to take (3 to 4 years, certainly), I would be suprised if we'd see it anytime soon. And by that I mean not within the next 2 or 3 years... :/Hopefully that will change at some point. If i make them big i want to play with the big stuff.

It's legitimate to not agree with the direction of more time and more quality per update. If DC would return to simpler animations, simpler quests (like the old ones which basically consisted of earning money and buying stuff from shops and which certainly required way less effort), no pregnancy, etc. he could probably indeed speed up the updates by quite a bit.
But then again, there doesn't seem to be a way DC could return to this old and simpler approach. So those who disagree have to ask themselves wether it's worth the effort, now that the new approach seems to be popular and given that the majority seems to support it.

3. Don't support but still play the game.
DC does not milk anybody. Everybody can download and play the game for free, starting on day one of the release.
