I played the 20.1 to the end of it. I loved this game but I have a question and I'm afraid to ask that:

I will alwasy have to restart a new game on every new version of the game?

Possibly. You do keep all the junk in the cookie jar you already unlocked. Once they stop remaking the start of the game we might stop restarting every update. Though it takes like 5 mins from start to new route. We might get lucky with 0.21 (Rhonda) since she has nothing yet, so there's nothing for them to remake and we could just load 0.20.5 and pray hard enough for it to not explode

Well can you blame them? With how much you gotta grind in this freaking game, and with literally EVERY FRIGGING update forcing you to start from scratch, I can safely say it got old REALLY fast, especially considering how long some of these story arcs can go on.

To be fair, it's not like you really ever had to replay any old story, apart from less than a handful exceptions, namely for Aqua's and Diane's update. The last update didn't require any old content at all. So those who actually replayed content did it because they wanted to.

Some people were able to use the saves from 0.19.5 in 0.20, so there is a good chance you will be able to use saves from 0.20.5 in 0.21.

Routes ? Aside Maria's, nothing needs to be played earlier
Finish a route to unlock another ? Nope
Scenes ? Cookie jar doesn't vanish unless you do it yourself
Restart ? Takes less than 5 mins from new game to free mode
Epic whine over nothing ? Yes, been the same since 0.10, probably earlier

Anything else you wanna try to convince us hitting new game is the worse thing to ever happen in your life ?

Lol 3 years. We might get 0.21 by this time next year. Add about 6+ builds just to finish the girls with no scenes, multiply that by about 5 for the remakes, take into account it takes between 1 and 3+ months per update, you end up with at least 5 years at minimum .......

Hey, at least most updates are worthwhile. We could be playing Innocent Witches, which is going on three years since its last sex scene, has almost no worthwhile content in each update, and has some of the worst game design you'll find on this site. There was literally one with like a sixteen step quest that you could easily fail and would have to start over at the beginning just to get a nonsexual reward in a fucking **porn** game. I'll take slow, steady, worthwhile updates over more regular, but ultimately empty and frustrating updates.
