@DrFog you have your answer there, starting in 0.18, you'll have 2 pills, one birth control and the pregnax, birth control negating completely the pregnancy chance until you take some pregnax again (which will add 20% per pill you take up to 40%. Later on, I plan to add a bit of story with Priya and all those chemicals you put in your body, which would most likely lead to a Pregnax v2 that would jumpstart your preggo chance to something like 80%.

Time constraint. We were already behind schedule for 0.17, and didn't have time to add in a pregnancy sex scene with diane. It's planned though, but later.
Most women will have the pregnancy feature. Some will not have it, like Tammy Johnson who takes birth control pills.
Also I want to reiterate that the pregnancy system in place is only in its third version. There is most likely content to be added to it, and it being reworked and improved along the updates. It's not set in stone, just like diane's story wasn't set in stone.
Also, there is no point in complaining about us making new side characters. We'll eventually make stories for them, even if those are way shorter than "big update" characters (like diane, debbie, jenny, roxxy, eve etc), and maybe more in line with the length of the teacher's update/daisy's update. Just fleshing out the stories a bit you know, maybe add one sex scene or two at the end, nothing too fancy.
