I think Odette is a good choice for a Halloween update, although I wouldn't have mind seeing more Grace (my fav). I got to say though, DC got those titty bounce animations down this update... damn....

Any way to report the entire thread ? A small bugfix update that adds 1 scene has caused more bitching than the 4 months it took from 0.20.1 to 0.20.5 ...... 40 posts per page and it's over 3 pages of nothing but moanings since 0.20.6 came out 12 hours ago

is now up in a first version. New content of the updated game has not yet been naughtified, but...

Version 0.20.6-0.01 Alpha:
  • First adaption to version 0.20.6 of the main game. May be full of bugs -- You have been warned!
  • Reverted the missing TV naughty image fix for Pink Channel since it's fixed in the game now.
  • Additional naughtification of Maria storage room sex intro scene.
  • Re-added forgotten naughtification to Roxxy's repeated locker sex scene.
  • Game no longer autosaves if you want to leave but choose "No" instead of "Yes" (i.e. not leaving).
  • Optimization of the pool cannonball scene. Hopefully less laggy now.
More to come soon(TM) ;)

This is a excellent game with a fun story and cool characters.

It's probably too late to suggest this to the developers, but it would be a fun twist to do something with Judith. She's a homely (being kind), shy girl with big tits. I imagine a script where, after her initiation by the MC, she realizes that she absolutely LOVES sex in all its forms, she becomes a sex maniac with dreams of a porn career (particularly the kinkier stuff). Throughout the second half of the game, the MC will occasionally walk in on Judith having sex with anyone and everyone, gangbangs, bukakke parties etc.

I'm not a huge fan of NTR but in this game with such a wide range of characters it would be a fun sideshow.

Please clarify the "This is literally not a thing." Also take note that I while I did say " I liked this game until two things happened. (1) only way to skip over events is to be a paid member." Nowhere in there did I say that the developer(s) should not get paid for their work. If that is what they want to make a "Paid" section for their $300,000+ per year game, that is fine it is their game to do as they please. My bigger problem was my No.2 where they could have left Patreon (as they have their own website) and kept the story as is, instead of making it into a "Land Lady" and "Other Tenant". Parts of the story do not even make sense because of it. (1) why the "Mob" is after her. She is not your Father's wife. (2) Why the F*** should I (the player) care about her financials or doing any work around her house for free?

Comparing to the other masses of content on this site (Not saying all of it is bad, we have quite a few good creators), a lot of the projects are either poor quality, takes forever to see any real progression or ends up abandoned at the drop of the hat. I have seen a few projects start off very good, and then the creator(s) drop the project for various reasons. So DC and his team make some money while taking there time making a good game, so what? they earned it.

Now just to be perfectly clear, no I do not pay them (I wish I could) any money and no I am not being paid for this commentary, But I personally believe most of the people you see complaining about how they are just money hungry are usually the ones too cheap to give anyone anything so they really don't have the right to talk about such things.

First: Last update came out last month. So this halloween update took less than 2 months while DC was working on 0.20.8 which he already did over 50% of the art.

Second: Greed is what happen when you see a game like A town uncovered. So if you want short updates with unfinished art which don't have the level of details or animation quality of SS then go there.

Three: SS's releases are and will always be free. People are giving him money because they want too. Which most of you likely don't yet dare to complain about.

Four: At the start DC didn't take as seriously as he did now, which you would know if you watched his streams which he does every day but the week end. Thus all the rework that happened for the art style and why the quality of the art wasn't as great as it's now. So you wankers can continue to wank to better quality 2d art.

Five: The game is a 2D game which takes longer to make than those 3D renders games.

This is going to be a neutral stance on the issue.
It's understandable why the production of updates takes a while. The coding isn't easy to write, the art takes lots of revisions and time to draw, the writing needs to be fleshed out and finetuned, and lastly the debugging stage takes up a ton of time. All these factors contribute to why updates take a long time to get. So an update that takes a month and a half to 2 months is fairly reasonable.
However, to have a 5 month update with little to no scenes is absolutely unreasonable. Maybe a couple months is okay, but almost half a year is ridiculous. Some games with shorter times can make updates with more content and less staff. If the devs earn a substantial amount of salary than they should deliver. Maybe it'll take a couple of months, but half a year....is too much. The devs should put more emphasis on shorter wait times between updates, but it wouldn't be an update every week. It's understandable for a few because of the tremendous amount of work for each update, but to stretch it out so long is too much.
