they went too much in the other direction, now it feels like the women all throw themselves at MC's dick because he is helping them selfessly and reward him randomly with pussy. he should be going after these women because he wants to fuck them because that's what the player wants, there is a huge dichotomy in that sense between the intention of the player and the intention of the MC which is annoying

i don't mind him being a nice guy and doing favors for the girls, but he can be a nice guy and proactively want to fuck these women from the beginning instead of "stumbling" into sex scenes almost randomly all the time. it just get's samey i guess. i also like stuff like the telescope feature where he's spying on the girls and i always wanted it expanded back when i was still hopeful about this game's future

Yeah pretty much. He can be a genuine nice dude but can also have some desires instead of stumbling into sex all the time by just being nice. It would open up his character a bit and allow for more diverse situations. Right now it's very one-dimensional and I doubt it'll change, which is fine I guess it's just a porn game at the end of the day.

I think it mainly feels that way because the dating System for the school girls is missing, so it'll feel a bit more natural for these main stories. Also I don't see the dichotomy as such a problem, to be honest. Everybody who plays this game knows, that he'll get every girl eventually.
There are really more than enough games out there, where it seems like "chasing pussy" has literally replaced every other though/emotion in MC's brain - it's good that SS didn't go down that route.
Last but not least I guess that some of it will also be down to the sandbox. The player is supposed to be able to play single girl playthroughs and as such it would be weird if MC would be too pushy towards everybody right from the start.
