I agree. They cram so much dialog in it sometimes. It ends up being repetitive, pointless or just bad. I use the skip and rollback a lot. Every incest game you will see the lines 'I shouldn't, this is wrong, we are related' 5 to 10 times per relative. The lines that are the worst are 'Why am I checking out my Mom/sis ass?', maybe because I clicked to check out ass. Why is the players character always thinking this? Our goal is to bang the mom and sister we are not conflicted.

I disagree, I like it when the MC expresses his conflicting emotions. It adds to the whole incest taboo stuff and build up, but I do agree that it gets repetitive and is often lazily written.

Don't get me wrong it is good sometimes when it fits but it is in almost every game where he is conflicted. It doesn't fit when you are spying on, sneaking looks and trying to cop feels on every women. It seems as if it is the same person writing for every game. Plus I believe a more realistic approach is not to be conflicted but maybe MC should be ashamed.
I'm just saying it is not real to question why am I having this feeling? I am ok with I shouldn't be having this feeling? The way they write it most of the time it comes across as 'why'.
I also believe most of the writers know nothing about sex or women. Once a women is guzzling cum or allows you to spray her face she will give up the rest. I know 99% of the women in the world are not doing anal before vaginal sex. Yes I do get reward tiers just doesn't need to be in that order every game.
Also why is every younger sister innocent and older sisters are complete bitches? I am just suggesting change up the fantasy of it. If anybody is interested I will be more than happy to collaborate with scripts. I can think of hundreds of scenarios and fantasies. I'm actually at a point now where I think I might just create my own games to give other game makers better ideas.

Many devs will add themes which have proven successful in the past and which players will amost certainly like. I totally get your feeling, but in the end these games are still meant to be "porn games" which cater to what those who play them like. And while I'd totally agree that there are many devs out there who can't write (which is expected, given that most of them start because they can create 2d/3d art etc. and not because they are good writers) these games still aren't supposed to be in some kind of slice of life genere where people's every day lifes are what's it really about. There are many users out here who do hardly care about the story beyond some kind of baseline scenario and as such the number of people who really, really, really care about perfect and realistic stories is probably quite small.
And else? These games are always restricted by development time, the need for updates to include some kind of NSFW content (unless the game does't promise that) etc. and more normal "realistic" relationships/behaviours are pretty hard to fit into that. You'd usually go from quite a substancial time of "nothing happening" to basically everything, which isn't easy to do in patreon development, because many people just won't pay for that. There are some exceptions, though, and I'd even say that this game here does it quite well, too, because of the prolonged release schedule.
I'd certainly be happy to get better stories in general, but I don't really see that happening.

I'm not speaking of themes I am speaking of situations in the games. I get that they are porn games which only supports what I am saying. No one watches the same porn over and over. The realism I am speaking of is the situation where you have perv thoughts about mom/sis. The MC shouldn't be questioning why the MC should either feel shame or feel like a perv but not 'why am I compelled'. It's the same with porn. Most are not realistic situations but some at least have realistic feelings you can put your mind to. The only reason these games are as successful as they are is because there are not better being done.

As said, my point was more that the majority of players simply don't care at all about that. In that situation most won't think "why doesn't MC feel shame and why isn't his inner monolog not how I'd like it to be" but just "nice tits"...
Next to that I'm not even sure whether your analysis is on point. There's just no way I'd for example ever find my mother attractive so the question why that should be the case is a totally legitimate and central one in my opinion.
I get that it's not easy if that kind of realism is really important for you, but you shouldn't project that onto others.
