Grace simply suffers from the fact that Eve's story doesn't have a choice and every sex scene for her seems to make her feel even more guilty towards Eve, while Missy doesn't have a home right now and will likely get "her" content once that's done.

As said before, objectively the scenes we got this update do make quite a bit of sense.
In Odette's case it was a popular demand that a girl with her lips and boobs shouldn't go without a blow/boobjob, so they added it, the scenes with Veronica/Ivy and Terry/Sara were obvious choices, too, which could be added without any real significant additional work.

What makes this update feel so bad is more or less the fact, that really all of these new scenes are scenes where you'd think "yes, it was logical to add/insert that sooner or later" but where nobody is actually really hyped that it finally happened.

I can think of a number of animations off the top of my head that would have worked better and been better received:
- Upgrading Debbie's shower scene (or really any of her scenes)
- Turning sex with Diane on the couch into a full scene
- Adding home pool scenes to any of the girls
- Having Roxxy spend the night in your room
- Giving Melonia a hot tub scene
- A Missy solo scene of any kind to match what we got with Becca (maybe school shower?)
- Scenes with the girls from the factory who want to show their gratitude for you freeing them from the mob

At least the scenes for the mob girls will 100% be part of the next pre-tech update, including (most of) their pregnancies.

Else I'd fully agree that they should have added at last 1 to 3 real highlights. I personally simply would like to have a scene for let's say Mia on her bed, given that she didn't get anything new for many years.

Edit: Please no more Melonia though, I was already annoyed that they added another scene for Iwanka until I found out what it actually was

i think it's that dc has the bigger picture in mind when it comes to STS. the tech update and these new scenes from batch 3 are going to get really appreciated by new players once the game is complete because they are seamlessly integrated into the story but for people who play every new update they are completly underwhelming. i just wonder if DC is having a misconception about his playerbase. maybe there won't be that many new people playing the game once it's done and STS is at this point basically what the AAA game industry calls a GAAS game where every update is pretty much the "next game".

I don't really think DC cares about these things that much. He wants the game to be as good as he thinks it can be and he'll work towards that, while it doesn't really seem to matter thaaat much what people think. As I've said a quite some time ago, this whole tech update thing is annoying now, but in the future everybody will probably be happy that it happened. I just hope it won't damage the game's reputation too much, so that SS doesn't run out of steam eariler than necessary.

It does say something about how invested people are and inclined they are to complain. It's an actual difference whether you spend ~36 bucks or less a year on something that's actually free, or whether that number is at 120/240 or even higher and you've actually bought stuff.

It has some relevant meaning now that I actually take 60 seconds to think about it. More people paying less is better. It means thousands of people have to decide to stop supporting to hurt the bottom line. It's more sustainable. If 8 people were paying 10 grand and 2 decide to stop, that's a big deal. Kind of a similar concept to a diversified portfolio.

So a lot of smaller donations would actually make "milkage" easier. The complete opposite of the point this person was trying to make with this weird metric. Well done.

Anyway said i would not return till the tech stuff was done and i meant it. The wait continues but i'll live and in the meantime i know there will be even more scenes to check out when that finally happens. Ive personally no issue with sneaking in even more scenes which honestly most would argue should have been in the game in the first place (and it gives some minor characters some overdue love as lets be real here - the backers decide who gets content the fuck with the rest of us think - DC giving minor unpopular characters, in some of the cases so far at least some scenes despite this should be applauded IMO).

I would like to remind everyone in here who complains about the updates (as every update ppl complained in the past and will in the future) about one important thing you all accept on almost everything but when it comes to this game or fap games in general you conveniently blend that all out.

1. Eating at a restaurant. Yes it took over an hour to get your food but it was the best food you had in a very long time. No complaining there. Sure you could but the chances that the waitress or the chef would spit on your food or do other nasty stuff is so high you might as well be quiet and play it safe. Any intelligent person would be quiet and not start something they might regret afterwards.

2. Repairing your car. Yes this will take a week to fix the issue. No one goes and tells the mechanic to hurry the fuck up with it as you need your car as this could open the possibility of the mechanic not fixing your car at all and wishing you good luck with your attitude while you still have to pay the mechanic for the stuff he already did. Not sure if this is legal in the US but in Europe you bad mouth your mechanic and you can get a new one cause he won't fix shit for you anymore.

3. Getting something fixed in your apartment. Yes go to your landlord and complain about something being broken and then push it further by demanding it to be fixed almost instantly. Or at the least very fast. If it is not life threatening or something you could legally cut from the rent the landlord won't do shit for you instantly. So the best approach for you would be to swallow your pride and ask nicely and when to expect those certain things to be fixed instead of demanding it.

In all of those scenarios and many more you accept long waiting times because stuff being well done takes time. Especially if you need to pay for said stuff you want your money's worth and not something rushed.

Yet when it comes to a dev team of 5 ppl or so who make around 60 to 80k a month all of a sudden they have to produce results like a Triple A Studio over the course of years in mere months.
The only artist who handdraws every frame of the game has to be picasso himself in terms of art style and lucky luke in terms of speed.
The updates have to add new exciting stuff regardless if the game has more spaghetti code than all of italy has pasta.
And to top it all off the main complainers on every update are ppl who never supported any dev on this board in their entire life nor will they ever.

Thats like going into starbucks demanding a free coffee and complain about the coffee and get mad when the staff is asking you to leave only to stand outside and ask every customer who leaves starbucks to get a free coffee so you can complain more about how it tastes........

They need to rename this to milky-time-saga. At this point they're not really adding anything new to the game, the story hasn't advanced much in a few years and we're still waiting on characters to have scenes (rhonda, judith et all). Having been an on again off again patron throughout this games development, I would have liked to see more progress towards the completion of the game, rather than updates that people really don't want.
