I really hate how his character is written. Especially in the phase 2 of the main story (Iwanka Route), and first part of his route (when he make MC buy some expensive stuff for him).

Yeah his entire storyline is just you making enough money to buy shit for him while acting like some sad clown. Like what's up with that? At least with Jenny and Roxxy they are meant to be scummy so that's expected.

As said before, back in the days basically every quest in the whole game was to "earn money -> get item x -> hand it somebody/do something with it" and MC even had to pay Jenny to get her panties for Somrak. Erik is just stuck in that past until he gets his update.
That's what the Fat friend is for right? Almost all games have a Fat friend (usually called Bobby or Eric) who exists purely to make one sided trades, the silver lining is you usually get to bang his mom.
I thought this was law, (DC needs to be careful rewriting this or he might get in trouble with the porngame police)

lately I've been thinking that during this tech update that has been taking place over these several months, there were animations that were ready and were being released little by little in these mini updates that we had. It would be very naive of me to expect that when this update we've been waiting for a long time, there will be new animations also from several random characters?, maybe animations of us with the sister at the beach house, finally animations of us with the pregnant debbie, and animations from roxy at the beach house would also be great, and one I've been waiting for a long time would be an animation between us and judith. Thanking you for your attention, I'm sorry for any very annoying mistakes, my English is not the best!

There may be some new animations included, but they won't add any new story. It's for example highly unlikely that we'd get anything that would include Judith, given that she doesn't have any kind of story right now. So it's possible that we'd get more scenes with Jenny, Roxxy or Debbie, but nobody really knows. Then again, it seems like they want to focus on characters which don't have thaat many scenes yet and given that especially Jenny and Roxxy have good number by now, I wouldn't bet on them getting any more.

We got the last lewdening over a month ago, so the next should be between 1-3 months. Unless you're asking for "real" updates (like R(h)onda's), which 99%+ won't happen this year

The tech update is meant to recode the whole game so it's more tidy and should make the team more "efficient", does this mean we get slightly faster updates after the tech update is complete? I doubt it. The game will also be widescreen with expanded backgrounds etc. instead of those black bars we got now.
As for scenes, DC gave us a couple batches of scenes and angles to give at least a little content during this long time without a real update, if I recall correctly, he said he'd do another batch before the tech update finally completes.
