Current patch will NOT work for the tech update. It's all new code. You will have to wait.

Hence why the patch link is in the OLD VERSION of the OP and not the NEW VERSION - and not named "v0.21.0".

Yeah, it doesn't work because they re-did the game with new source code. From now on the code of the game is different code than it was.
