is that although the images are with .png extension, they are actually webp images, to use them you usually need to convert them with xnconvert for examplei have a question, i used Unren.bat to extract image.rpa file, but when i open image, a lot of photos have this problem! I'm using K-Lite Codec standard(the webp codec of it is better than the one of win10) and irfanview the maybe best image viewer for win. De tu arte a mi arte, prefiero miarteWhat is "art" anyway? Is it animation? is it a scene? Is it a character drawing? a batch of drawings?
I was referencing what it meant on his progress report.De tu arte a mi arte, prefiero miarte
From your art to my art, I prefer my art

That's like asking for the impossible to be done... Well, I mean it is.Learn to use the search function, instead of being rude.
Shit, if your only concern is the actual updates then you should ignore this thread entirely and just watch for the game to pop up on the latest updates tab.People need to stop asking this its pointless with this game this dev brings 4 updates a year and there is not set date for those my tip check this game evry month once at most
One task usually indeed means a section of work. Like this time for example drawing/redrawing the whole car dealership was one task (just as were other locations), while creating poses, etc. for sections of the story or scenes are others. In the end the whole tracker isn't very precise, especially given that we never know how far the work on each task has progressed and how big it actually is in the first place.What is "art" anyway? Yes.When will be the next update?
I really like your patience
If I remember correctly, this has been so for the last couple of updates already (art being finished first). Plus, Dogeek meanwhile quit.One task usually indeed means a section of work. Edit: As far as I'm aware right now, the scenes are done and two still are being animated by AEHentai. Oddly enough writing actually seems to be a bit of a bottleneck this time and DC still doesn't seem to have gotten the last detailed assets he needs to create from Sploosh (stuff like poses for characters in certain situations, them holding items, etc.) - so those seem to be last things left.
Hearing that, I'd guess that we'll get quite a bit more story this time compared to other updates, but maybe that's just me wishing things.
@ZaraMode:
There's never a set date, so all that can be done is to look at the trackers and to listen to DC's streams occasionally. I'd personally say we should get it in about two to three weeks, given what he said on stream but it may just as well be four.

Actually, that's google's webp coding, which is basically a more efficient png coding. The images are webp coded files and just have been renamed from *.webp to *.png (simple file rename) to be recognized by Ren'Py.I'm using K-Lite Codec standard(the webp codec of it is better than the one of win10) and irfanview the maybe best image viewer for win. Yes they do. Go facepalm somebody who actually cares.Wow this game is in production for almost 4 years and they say its not milk ... right!

The Ren'Py engine has no problem recognizing that it's actually not a png encoded file but a webp file, and reads them without issue. Also, Google Chrome can display them just fine. Windows explorer and other programs are not that clever and give an error.
To deal with them in Windows Explorer, you could installYou must be registered to see the links.
Also, I recommend installing this neat explorer extension, which can rename a bulk of files (changing extension for instance from png to webp or back) without this annoying question if you really really truely want to do this:You must be registered to see the links.
