I will explain what I am talking about.
If they really had some kind of operating time of a new game or a whole product, then SS issues would have gone much faster, since the DCs would not have to worry about income, since there is a new project. However, neither the new project nor the stable release of SS is observed. I supported this project for too long so as not to notice such an obvious scheme.
You're welcome to your opinion, negative as it may be. From what I've seen of said opinion, you mainly want a lower quality game with quick updates to satisfy your fapping needs. I don't blame you. That's the normal thing for this genre of games, so it's what you expect.
However, it's rather obvious to me that DC wants a well designed game that has some substance beyond providing spank material. Something with quality AND quantity. It does seem to me that Summertime Saga is a labor of love for him. He's doing what he wants to do with each character while allowing the patrons to dictate the order he works in. He's not having anyone tell him what to do with each character. It almost feels as though he wants to legitimize adult interactive fiction through his work. Show people that it can be more than just fapping material. I'd liken him to Sierra Lee. She also works rather slowly but puts a lot of effort into her writing and storytelling.
Personally, I feel that this sort of title isn't for you, at least, not until it's completed. You're too impatient for new material. You've become accustomed to a faster paced release cycle set down by previous creators.
