Another option is that DC could go the same route that DMD and BB went, place the main game on their own website and host a viable game on patreon page. I understand that this would mean updates would take much longer, so maybe he could hire a second artist to work on the cover game while DC focuses on SS.
I feel like there should be a thread stating all official replies by the creator of SS. Or at least add some information to the OP.

Aahahah! The rage is strong in this one as much as the passion for the very core of the game itself. Please developer, consider the many suggestions above my head regarding extenral patches for the incest parts through renaming, other games do it already and it works. Would be a shame to cut off content you worked so hard on.

Could he not just use Patreon for general status updates on the game, do the more specific stuff on his website and then give out a key for a protected mega folder (or something similar) on patreon if/when he releases an update. (he could also just mail the key to the ppl who pledged, as some other creators do) Or would that be against patreons TOS aswell?

Any direct links for his Patreons, sending them to an alternate site, would be breaching the TOS'.
No doubt they have spies within his pledges, to monitor whether or not he is not breaking the rules.
They will look for any reason, no matter how minor, to completely ban him from Patreon.
Which is most likely the reason why devs like MrDots and DarkSilver started new games, as they couldn't afford to run a similar idea to the one you suggested, as it would've been far too risky and would have resulted in a complete ban
once they got caught out.
Edit: Devs can send Patreon fans to their official site, as long as it's not for the purpose for allowing them to apply incest related content to a game that is being hosted on their Patreon page.
So if he decides to do that, then my understanding is that fans would have to find that patch themselves, through threads such as this one, or word of mouth.
A creator isnt allowed to link to their social media ?
If he provides a decryption key for a mega folder and just says something like " game update xyz, ,you'll find it where it always is" this shouldnt be a problem.

edit: after reading the community guidelines and the terms of use i havent found anything prohibiting creators from linking stuff on their page except "malware or phishing content" and pornographic and violent content, so linking his twitter or a specific tweet that explains the situation, should be fine

Yeah but the creator can't use patreon money to finance an incest project, theorically you can link to your page, twitter... however the incest, rape... content if it's linked with you then you will get banned.
Another thing is that the "complete version" appears on the internet with rape, incest... however the creator isn't linked directly, like posting on a forum under another name and never admitting that it's his work.
