The game is not trying to be realistic, it's fantasy for a niche type of people. Ofc its not realistic for no one to act when a girl cuts your cock off, everyone knows this, but it's still a humiliation/castration fantasy. Perhaps you've encountered another bug. There are a lot of them in this game. The scene is supposed to start right after asking Ivy to go to the ball few times. Try starting a new game or visit her after triggering few other events.

I really question the idea of "romance" in this game heh it probably means something completely different from what I would imagine as normal. I don't mind that the women are pretty brutal just because it's different and you don't see it very often but I hope the MC is at least put in two or more choice situations like for example two difficult decisions versus just a linear forced decision all the time like the Nicole hallway one. Someday I would be curious to see a game like this from an evil female MC point of view of being that brutal to others, but I've never really seen that before and I imagine it's because it's much more rare for this point of view to be popular. I actually hope there is some way for the MC to have a decent end, I generally have liked games where the majority of endings are basically horrible for the MC but with a very small chance to get a decent ending. I think if you clean up a lot of the bugs there is some potential for the game.

Yeah, I don't get that so early in the game unless later on it's somehow an early game over with other various outcomes out of that party. Doesn't it basically end the MC as a viable character for the story going forward? At least I think it would.
