I'm pretty sure all of MrDots games are supposed to be incest. Look at DMD. I didn't notice anything in Melody though, but maybe there was an incest patch I never got. Sunshine Love has always been an interesting story and I love looking for the donuts.

Melody isn't an incest game and i'm pretty sure it was specifically developed for patreon as a non-incest game because the dev had to pause development of DMD due to issues with Patreon over it's incest content.

I got the scene with the twins but it didn't unlock in the gallery, so bug report.

Bad episode for the sister, just annoying at every turn, can't wait to tag team her and Vicki though.
Good thing she took the affair with Vicki so well, maybe she'll be understanding about her mom too lol.

actually, if you pay close attention, you will see several characters which are from DMD or Melody game. It's the same universe, but different timeline.
Some characters (like Krisha <-> Dee from DMD) look alike, others come directly from other game and have a short crossover cameo just for the fun.

yes - the reason is that MrDots doesn't want to pay STEAM 30% of the prize (and someother reason).

DMD = always meant to be incest - so there is no "non-incest version" (for obvous story reason though)
Melody = PURE non-incest version (even incest would break the whole story though)
Sunshine Love = made for both versions (Patreon/non-incest and Subscribestar/incest) - but the game (storywise) was always meant to be incest. That's why the subscribestar version is already pre-patched
Next game ToH will be like SL an incest (patreon non-incest) corruption (possible full) harem game

we internally talked about that, and Dots finally decided NOT to release on Steam (there are also other reason which i don't mention over here). For now and the near future, STEAM is off the table.

It looks like any game that has incest possible is being banned from what I have seen and stepcest is included. Just an observation since a lot of games I have looked into are banned or have been removed. I know there are still plenty on the platform, but for how long?

KNOWN ISSUES
The game has a bug where the last 4 replay scenes don't have an actual replay action which turns the button into an unclickable object. I've reported this but I'm not going to fix it myself.

... I know for sure that devs were banned for step-incest, and their money had been kept in.
STeam told them that they will pay back all customers, but i also know some of them. They didn't get their money back.
Steam told them, that even the game has been removed, they still had played the game for some time.
So steam framed both: customers AND developers. Sadly there's no way to prove anything and sue steam.
Both facts (30% cut AND banning people whilst holding their money back without re-paying the customers) are just a big nono.
Thus said, steam is probably the very last platform a dev should release (step-) incest adult VN content.

I own multiple Steam VNs with incest and I get recommendations for literally DOZENS of others

Steam loves incest
Full blood related incest
They only care about Underage
As long as the character is ID'd as 18 and looks like it is true (Shortcake would be perfect example) they are fine
But if you call them any age but yet they look like the sister in the flashback scenes BANNED
Age is what they care about not incest at all

Lockheart has Avalon (I forget how long)
Recreation has Bad Memories (for more than a year)

Then get faster internet or more patience. Even 56k is prob faster than waiting and hoping for someone to make a compressed version while keeping their fingers crossed.

A lot of it is the speed on the download site's end. I have cable and the larger ones from those sites give like 11+ hour download times. When the computer sleeps (I have to eat and sleep some time) it often cuts off. Wasn't a problem with this game but with ones over 5GB that you have to do a wait in the middle on Mega.
