I question just what the fuck was the point of giving us the option to stay with her if they planned on shitting on her this much.

So what will be the best way to react to this?

Hmmm, yes, I somewhat agree. However, I think the cover photo is the least of the "website's" problems. I still stand by my notion that calling Carissa / Shortcake / Cousin "Front Desk Girl" instead of "Receptionist" is just unprofessional.(Also, I feel that the page should give the names of the employees, preferably the full ones.) Same with the tab that offers a lenghty paragraph about the hotel's problems without mentioning that they have been mostly resolved and we are at *** again doesn't really entice anybody to book accommodation there, but that just might be me.
