An excellent one of I do say so myself. Though honestly I can't remember the last time I actually "had fun" with any of the scenes in this game (not that they're bad by any means). I mainly just want the god damn action, story, quirky characters, and setting back! But I've been patient.
You see I went on this long journey; a sort of pilgrimage if you will, to touch grass that is. It was a very enlightening experience. After that I searched for games to fill this void of waiting for the update as you do, and failed miserably on most fronts (shout-out to Nephilim being the only successful close one). I then tried to watch some shows, most were dogshit. Went on to ATTEMPT a tier list for every adult game I've ever played and realized there were FARRR too many after noticing 367 wasn't close to the grand total. And now I'm back full circle, because this game slaps not just for it's porn, but for it's every element.
Blueballing, dogfucking, theory crafting and lamenting over missing the old art stile.

2 things:
1. Did someone say dog fucking? Shadow right? That'll for sure be a thing no doubt in my mind. If there's already monster fucking, necrophilia, and netorare; why not beastiality?
What I would personally like to see is us transmorphing Shadow into a wolf girl ( like Ella did with the catgirl scene) but alas, THAT probably won't be a thing unless I wire my account directly into Weird World's hardrive.
2. Old art style drama eh? I mean, the ONLY change I WASN'T a complete fan of was Alice's teaser art. But that didn't make it to the game anyways, instead it's being used for one of the thumbnails of I'm not mistaken. I actually quite like some of the character refinement. I've been following this game since day one and it's nice to see not just Weird World's art, but also writing (and music choice) grow as a result of his/her hard work.
I would love to see a change to the MC's sprite, Deryl desperately needs it, and I wouldn't mind Ella also taking a sprite improvement. The rest are getting there, and in some front view or special view (don't know the term) moments they are already there.
I think the issue is people don't like change, it scares them. To be honest I was afraid of that too for when Weird World got bigger initially at the start of his/her work but luckily nothing went to their head and if anything not just the quality but also the scheduling has been BEAUTIFUL.
People can be pretty ungrateful on that note, I mean; some of these devs just keep trying to pump out multiple games at once, years apart from every update, little to no patreon posts, the list goes on. And the result in my years of experience is mediocre to dogshit quality anyway that's shorter than a 2 minute fap session, and that's just IF you find it to your liking. Meanwhile Weird World is making us fuck a sewer big tit lady, goth girls left right and center, dead ends out the ass, bomb ass fight scenes, and best of all; all his/her own work, instead of copy paste DAZ models or some generic AI art that's been a recent trend ESPECIALLY for 2d games nowadays.
I'll never forget when Ella changed her appearance to her more beautiful self only to go ahead and ask us to ear fuck her........ not saying I didn't like it......
But the 'drama' is about a poll (that's still going I think) about changing the title art. Here's the post where the discussion about it on here started:

?I mean, the poll is there for a reason, personally I could care less about which screen I see for all of 10 seconds but to each their own I guess (personally prefer the 2nd option, as it shows fuckables and represents the current art style going forward).

I gotcha bro; just went though a fuck ton of games I've played over the years and can say with confidence I'm a professional degenerate. So you want kick ass story? Out of 367 games and counting, most are ABSOLUTE DOGSHIT on this site and beyond. But these ones stood out for your request (PR=Personal Recommendation):
1. City Of Broken Dreamers S to S- (Out of E to S)
(No I'm not recommending Depraved Awakening due to the lack of combat and more so grindy detective work)
-3DCG S Tier Custom DAZ models w/animations.
-Linear VN
-Text based combat (very little chances to choose, but SOME are there to create a small sub path for the narrative).
-Lots of vanilla sex (meaning no creature support) hybrids, android sex bots, FDOM, FSUB, golden shower play (optional), list goes on.
-The story is all this game is essentially. You just want to read, fucking read this shit. You play the equivalent of a BADASS Ghost from Call of Duty on steroids. You are set in a Cyberpunk world in which you're a bounty hunter of sorts, and you are given the biggest job of your career and of course with that comes even greater entanglement. Meet new people or rekindle old bonds from the past to build your way to the ending you want. Filled with corruption, romance, death, passion, sadness, and a whole lot of other narrative devices I'm not going to list here. Game is long.
2. Desert Stalker S to S- (Out of E to S) (PR)
-3DCG S Tier custom DAZ models
-Linear VN with minor point and map navigation.
-Text based combat (Choices determine dead ends and overall approach/path for what you want to do).
-Harem, FSUB, vanilla, romantic, golden shower (optional) gore (optional), incest.
-The story is you're a desert stalker (the equivalent of the Mandalorian) as you collect artifacts in a post-apocalyptic Egypt, in order to give them to the Queen of the last city so you can fund your family's estate and life style. Interact with whomever you want, kick up a rebellion or stay a loyal servant of the Queen. The writing in this one is second only to City of Broken Dreamers out of this list.
3. Succubus Covenant S to A+ Tier (Out of E to S) (PR)
-2DCG artwork anime style.
-RPGM BUT very simple, easy to learn interface, for both Android and PC.
-Turn based combat that's easy and fun. Can build the character the way you want.
-Plenty of voluptuous FDOM, FSUBish, or reverse rape sex scenes.
-The story is the best part, as it follows you playing as a Demon Hunter! The world is being invaded by Succubi, and the level of detail to the world building is amazing down to the anatomy of how the Succubi work, history of the Demon Hunters and previous wars, etc. Check it out!
4. Parasite Black S to A- (Out of E to S)
-2DCG artwork custom western style.
-Point and Click VN, NOT my favorite play style.
-Turn based combat that is...simple and smooth, not as grand as most turn based games I've played.
-Lots of sex in a wide variety much like this one, though they aren't my personal favorite with the art style.
-The story is pretty damn in depth. This is probably the closet game out of the entire list in every aspect to Superhuman. You are set in a medieval world and are gifted after a series of events; a parasite that grants you and your best chum incredible powers beyond those around you. Fight demons, uncover secrets of the world's history and your powers, and interact with characters that you want to interact with in branching paths.
5. Nephilim A to B+ (Out of E to S) (PRish)
PRETTY EARLY AS OF 5/4/23
-3DCG custom DAZ models (I believe).
-Linear VN.
-Text based combat (much like this one with but more so to pick your path, and less so to succeed in the fight).
-1 Dry Handjob
-The story is quite promising, as you play a sort of demi god (look up the term nephilim) on a quest for revenge. You are set in a medieval world filled with other races, creatures, and political plotting assholes. The cast of cares are all loveable, and the game focuses moreso on the romantic side of things but a harem will be possible in the future. Travel the land and slowly gain more abilities to either save and/or fuck with those who oppose you!
6. The Falling A- to C+ (Out of E to S)
PRETTY EARLY AS OF 5/4/23
-3DCG S Tier DAZ models (skin detail chef's kiss).
-Linear VN.
-Text based combat (Choices only apply to what path you want to take much like Nephilim)
-N/A
-The story follows the equivalent of the tale of Lucifer, yes that Lucifer. Your goal is to get revenge on God, yes that God along with (by your choice) other siblings, yes those Angels. After being sent to Hell and tortured for centuries, it's time for you to break free and embark on the modern world, to either make peace with your loved ones, or bring malice to those that turned their backs on you.
7. Being Super C to D (Out of E to S)
PRETTY EARLY AS OF 5/4/23
-3DCG THICC ASS SISTER DEAR GOD, customizable MC skin tone.
-Linear VN
-Text based combat (Choices are how you want to fuck people up, if you want to).
-Blowjob and Handjob, incest.
-The story is like Brightburn (look that shit up) meets Invincible. You play as a person born with superpowers unlike most around you in this modern world. Choose amongst the grand amount of choosable powers to veer you towards a good, bad, or neutral path. Bond with your family, friends, or new individuals in this treacherous city, and make your way to superheroism, or villainy...
That's all worth mentioning that I can think of off the top of my head that fit a "good story" filled with a powerful MC that is actually "God tier" to "Potential alright" writing. Lemme know if you need more and I'll scour my Recycle Bin.
