I would risk to say it was the best update we ever had, i was surprised with the update notes because the author said he was unsure about writing a big battle because holy shit it was just amazing.

The build up of the small fights made me fear for the characters, all of then had ups when i was sure they were about to win and downs when i thought they were about to die.

Ella's fight was HUGE, she was able to both show off and make people terrified just to have her ass kicked so hard she

The Deryl's clones fight was crazy and had a lot of development for both, i'm glad they somehow still exist in a way.

Laurie had great moments no matter her fate, i started to like her a lot because of that.

Michael getting his powers and Alice going level 2 was so epic i thought it would be my favorite moment of the update until...

Mc level 3 and Monster Deryl blew everything out off the charts, honestly that is what i expected to be a lvl 5 fight in terms of scale but we are still far from that.

If HERO has dozens of people stronger than what we saw on that fight i will never worry about Mc getting too op.

I could say the same, but for me still the mafia arc is the best for me... the casino heist, MC's fight against Danica and Klaus, Michael vs. Oscar, Alice becoming superhuman, MC reaching the second evolution, it was the Best shit I've seen so far. I'm not saying this sin vs hero arc is bad but the mafia arc is my favorite.

I'm going to sound hypocritical, but as much as I hate Ella, I was rooting for her to kick Nico's ass "the enemy of my enemy is my best friend!" hahahahaha! Ella and Nico's fight was insane, but only Malik and Nyx showed up and kicked Ella's ass, which I didn't like, and the fact that she's supposedly dead? it was barbaric.

The story of Deryl's clones was insane too, I liked the end of it. the MC's fight against Deryl Quimera, and reaching his third evolution, a lot of cool shit for the MC.

Michael awakening his powers as a level 1 superhuman and Alice reaching the second evolution was very good, I'm glad DEV brought the third evolution and a lot of shit about his powers. it was going to be a pain in the ass to see Alice and Michael reach the MC with their powers.

I could say the same but this one is very personal, as much as Hero has a lot of strong people, I would like to see MC go op, like person who went from man to god! again, and I like myself, I love MC op whether in games or anime.

Nico showed just how terrifying she could be as well. Anyone that still somehow doubted her, would be in for a rude awakening when they see what she did. Not only did this update confirm that she's indeed the fastest character, which was already obvious, but that power gap never mattered at all for her power. She then proceeded to smack Ella with the sun. Like, that's actually insane when you think about it and it's equally impressive that Ella survived it.

Honestly I kinda figured she could do some wild shit with her power (like she did to the MC in the dead end where she yeets him into space) didn't know the power she had extended to bringing a portion of the sun down on Ella tho (shit was cool fr).

I still dislike her but I have fucking big respect for her due to the sheer badassery she showed against Ella. Now I just need a rematch between her and Cole (if we can't kill the little bastard than I want Nico to yeet his ass into a blackhole. No clue if she can do that, perhaps there's a max range she can do with her current level that extends to our solar system only for now).

Although I do wonder if she'll remain the fastest since the MC got a fucking major speed boost in this update with one of his forms so perhaps in his next evolution he'll be even faster (but who knows even with his next evolution he'll prob still be slower).

Gotta wait and see but playing it safe as you are now should be fine.

Goin full corruption/power story wise might bite us that go that path in the long run similarly as it would if we went good guy route so a nice even ground you got goin on is pretty good choice imo.

No, those are all separate choices to make. Corruption lets you see a few things with a bit of a different perspective. You take on a female form to infiltrate the cheerleaders and have the choice of whether you go female or futa and when you start Liz's side route you get a clearly marked decision as to whether you want to go on the romance or ntr route.
Those are the only places where you have to make a choice that can lock out some of the other content on that playthrough. The game isn't finished though so other could come up in future updates where you have a choice to make, but overall they're only minor changes to how the game progresses.

1. So what did I miss in this update? So far I got every new added scene EXCEPT for the last Misc gallery, you guys gotta help me on that.

2. The stats seem to be a little bugged at the moment, are there any indication to show if you got a perfect score against Deryl? If so, what is required to do so (Power is 91 Skill 27)?

3. I chose "left" in the hall way, leading to the Monster Mommy, and I had THE EYE from the shopkeeper deal, which she took to answer another question; is there anything I SHOULD'VE done or missed by asking, "Ella's plan" and "Monster God's"?

4. I spoke to Valravn (winning the duel) and inquired about everything including what the Monster Mommy said, I feel there was some stuff I missed on that but if not let me know (yes I went back and tried the other options).

5. Is the monster speech jumbles for everyone else beyond 20 Corruption or is that just the base line for how the dialogue was supposed to go?

6. I keep seeing a Deus image floating around, what's up with that?

7. If you choose the Horn are there any differences?

Mafia arc has a special place in my heart, it had so many great moments that it's definitly one of my favorites, it was also the moment when the scale of the story really started to grow.
Michael pursuit of strength and Alice facing her insecurities this update felt so good to me exactly because made me remember those times, felt like a culmination of their arc.

I don't understand why people dislike Nico, i just think she is cool, arrogant and kind of a bitch yeah but i like people who literally tried to kill Mc so, meh.

That's even more the case for Ella, she gave me a bad ending telling jake about the poison, worked to bring me trouble multiple times and yet i like her A LOT, i think even if she tried to kill me i would still try to save her, i guess all the time we spent together and the affection Emily and Christhie have for her rubbed off on me.

I hope Mc gets op, his destiny seem so loaded with possible shit that being strong will be absolutely needed no matter the path he follows.

I think you might've misunderstood me on that part. I was referring to the Origin Reborn MC being beyond 5th Evolution in power. What made that dead end so great was that the Dev used an ability I had theorized the MC could get when he got stronger. That being to be able to link himself to his monster parents plane to make his regen perfect and to come back from complete destruction. He simultaneously confirmed it's possible and then proceeded to shit on it lol.

WW is lowkey twisted for that.

So you can save Laurie if you avoid the lore drop, gotcha. This game just branched like 30 different directions.

I'm replaying it all from the beginning, I think what I want to do is:

1. Do the power check for Michael.
2. Purge Kenny.
3. Kill Danica (other than the dream I don't think we are getting anything more than that).
4. Kill the Liz Sponsor (they'll get another sponsor, and I don't think we'll be seeing that secretary any time soon).
5. Absorb the Minayak (rather than smash it into a building, this might allow me to also get the full Brianna scene from patrol).
6. Absorb Bailey, when asked.
7. Murder and eat all inconsequential side peeps (the farmer, tower infiltrate thug, dinner thug, Emily dad blackmail peeps, etc.)
8. The Horn or the Eye...
-If you take the Eye you get nothing other than Lauie's death or more lore from the Valravn interrogation. Honestly I think I'm gonna have to skip this one
-Taking the horn on the other hand allows me to honorably WIN the Valravn fight. But also makes me miss out on any potential future Eye content...


OR I could potentially go the same route as my main but this time ignore purging Kenny and do everything else I mentioned above while still keeping the Eye, what do you guys think? What Corruption would that land me?

Edit: Also do you guys know if there is a way or REQUIREMENT to tell if you perfectly beat Deryl?

1. Ella - Sitting pretty at first place even in her uh...current state.
2. Cole - Fuck, if I get the chance to deep dick Ella in front of you I'll be so happy (or genderbend you and give you what you always wanted).
3. Jared - Fuck you, ima have to break yo dick again don't I BOY.
4. Nico - She's gotten knocked out of the top 3 due to sheer badassery in current update.
5. Danica - Still dead in every single one of my playthroughs

Honorable mentions:
Klaus - I actually really like him (very well written character and great antagonist. Honestly between him and Alice if I had the choice I'd join his side instead of Alice's ...if I had to place him anywhere in the fuck you list it'd be 10th place)
Jake - I'm conflicted with him as I know he was manipulated and got a taste of power (I admittedly would of done similar shit as him if I had a power like that and so would many of you reading this...don't you lie to Papa Syther the mists of wander know all! He ranks at 7th place)
Prison goons - They are just funny but kinda annoying? Easy 9th place.
