Oh I didn't follow the argument. I just came here to check if the update was released since I think I saw an announcement abt it being released early december.
I see there's an argument abt Ella and her morals (didn't follow itnor looked it up, I've only seen the last page). Honestly she got shitty moral but most character in this AVN do. I just decided to go with the "I'll fix her" mentality. It's easier and a lot less burdening lol.

Anyway, can't wait for the update to come out.

Honestly I'm quite impressed, an Ella argument was dragged for so much time without going on about the usual things like eugenetics, Jake, Deryl or lv1 vs lv5 (I hope the mother of whoever invented this argument is fucking fertilizer)
I am pretty sure Jake and Deryl were in fact mentioned lmao

Regarding the debate on Ella being evil or not, I get the feeling that the whole point of how WW frames her is that we don't really know for sure. On the surface her actions are undoutably evil and immoral, but as the deeper plot is revealed we start to question the whole basis on how we frame that decision, the weight of one life agains many lives, human life compared to superhumans or even immortals, and the value of the life of a stranger over that of a friend. There have been plenty of hint that HERO unchecked would lead to a dystopia.
The MC can go down a more moral or corrupt route and get different experiences as a result and with only 1 playthrough I dont know how much that affects the scenes in the game.
I know that my opinion of Ella shifts regularly between 'kill her now' and 'does she really know some deeper truth that evades the rest of us?' and all the while I am unsure if she is right or wrong or if I am simply being swayed by my dick.

Where do you guys get all the supplementary material (such as Ella's letter posted a few days ago, character profiles, etc) from?

I must say that I hate harem games, but this is the only one I like, the story is amazing and since an update is coming, it's the worst time to not know when it comes out.

I never understood these comments. Most of those "harem games" let you choose wether you want to befriend or romance characters. Wheras non harem games don't offer you that choice. I personally prefer harem games. A lot of the top tier harem games (subjective rating) are only harem in name since they ask you to choose one girl in the end. You can't imagine how frustrated that makes me. Atleast TRUE harem games most of the time let the player choose wether or not he wants to go mono or poly.

So yeah if you don't like harem just don't go down that path lol. I think in this game you can try and be with a single girl. Smn correct me if I'm wrong, it's just from what I recall, we always got a choice at some point down the road to refuse developing a relationship.

Oh and the update is early december from what I know so you can expect it to be out b4 the 15th. Hope that helps

Huh, they usually do?
I don't understand why it would go that way. As far as I know, eugenics was H.E.R.O. thing exclusively, and Jake and Deryl are their own characters that made their own decisions(I mean, Deryl being the result of Jake's decisions, not much free will after that).

But if you could, what is that "lv1 vs lv5" argument? I can't really figure out what's this supposed to be about.

Some basement-dwelling nincompoop who just got off a 19-hour Marvel powerscaling binge tried to actually argue that a lvl 1 superhuman could defeat a lvl 5.

Eh i don't like harem games cause it feels incredibly unrealistic, makes me feel bad about the women inside the harem and forces any side male characters to be non existent or ultra virgins. Also don't really identify myself as the mc (feels like im a third party reading a manga or a comic) in any of these games, so that type of fantasy wish fulfilment feels meh to me.

Superhuman has some of that. Alot of the girls feels arbitrarily written to be okay with you cheating, no matter how much it conflicts with their personality (Amber broke up with Deryl because of the cheating). it does have strong male characters but you can tell parts of their character are being left unexplored and undeveloped because they are not allowed a love interest.

Also doesn't help that alot of these relationships feel one note. You help them out and they fall in love with you. It's why I like the Ella and Liz stories. Both of their stories are very unique. Liz has the best childhood friend turned lover story and Ella has the best antagonist to maybe lovers? Story ive seen in a porn game.

But the overall plot and writing is so good that I kinda just ignore all the gripes.

In Amber's case i think it's reasonable that she would be somewhat accepting of sharing, especially considering how the first time she does it happens along with Liz, and they both have the whole "wanted to find the same prince charming" since they were kids.
Also as far as i remember Amber didn't break up with Deryl because of cheating, she did because she got tired of his self centered way of acting, using the trauma of losing his mother as an excuse to behave as a total prick, cheating was only one way he behaved terribly and i think he did it multiple times without this being the deal breaker.
