Her spawns, the Silat, can copy Superhumans Powers in the material word. Nico talks about it when you go hunt one.
We still don't know how monster chosen work in the least, but given that Syla was mentioned to be a pure Memory (before taking in whatever she did to ruin that), her having the abilities of other Silats seems unlikely.

The other Silats seem to have a combination of Memory, to search for the most powerful person in the opponent's mind and memorize their form and power, Body, to shapeshift into them, and Power, to mimic their abilities.

In the Dream Realm, it makes sense she'd be able to assume the abilities and forms of others even without the necessary traits, since everything in that world is pure information. However, unless we don't know something about memory, she shouldn't be able to use abilities outside of the Dream Realm, unless whatever she took in is the cause of that.

Can the Mc turn into gas or plasma?
I would guess that he couldn't turn into gas, at least not completely. The particles of a gas are all separated from each other, and parts of the MC that separate from him he loses control of and they then disappear. Turning into a gas would probably kill the MC. That said, he might be able to turn parts of himself into gas. The gas would expand a lot in the short time before it faded from existence, so he could use that to generate force. Kind of like exploding himself, basically.

Plasma might be possible for him to turn completely into, since particles in a plasma tend to bunch up and not be as separated, and even when their density lowers are still influencing each other through intermolecular forces. The problem would be that plasmas are full of charged particles and are incredibly conductive. Given the MC's problems with electricity, turning into plasma would also kill him, at least for now. Maybe he could do it after he conquers his electricity weakness.

The bastard just admitted to me that Nxy's powers are, in fact, beyond an apostle's, their origin

Everything he said in lives may be a lie, but my friends, what a theory that is

At some point in the two hours when I asked the question

I mean... Wasnt it pretty obvious that she had mutated into some variant of the Soul trait? I already kind of assumed she had SOME affinity with the Arbiter of Soul, since she can talk to dead souls and can fucking resurrect people, both being powers that arent part of the usual repertoire of the Dark or Light traits... She even has move literally named Soul Devourer that she seemingly mixed Light and Dark to pull off.

Pretty much thought the same thing, honestly.

I believe the point is that the Apostles are now coming to earth, bringing basically every monster in existance with them and that driving them off is going to require divine levels of firepower. HERO's big boys (Berny, Henri and Malik) might be able to turn the tide or atleast stall them, but I do wonder how much of the planet is going to be actually able to survive? Oh and while Nyx might have powers originating from a source higher on the ladder than the Apostles, but she doesnt seem to be able to match the Big 3 in sheer output. You dont see her warp reality by just willing it, after all.

Yeah but the other guy is saying WW told him that her powers are beyond an apostle, that's a crazy claim because it means Nyx could be stronger than the big 3, or confirm that the big 3 can stomp the apostles as Nyx isn't as strong as them.

I seriously hope WW was just taking the piss there. And this whole arc's point? Fucked if I knew, idk what does Ella gain from starting this shitshow, get rid of the big 3 with the Apostles? Make the Eye be born so he can fuck everybody in the end? How does she expect it to work if HERO has the big 3 who, according to this claim, can literally stop it with the other Captains working together.

Sure earth is going to take a hit, might not even survive the aftermath, but then you have Henry who can literally say "Nope, earth is fine" and given his control of Truth and Fantasy he can make that happen. Nah fam, WW probably trolling.

No, he said the monster who made her is beyond the Apostles, not Nyx herself. She's an artificial level 5, so she basically can't be stronger than an Apostle.

I think you are misunderstanding; her POWERS are beyond that of an Apostle, but Nyx herself is not beyond an Apostle. That's because her powers come from an Arbiter source, which are indeed beyond the Apostles. I strongly doubt that the Big 3 are beyond any Apostle, really the only question mark about them is Henri, due to basically everyone under the sun saying he might be their best shot. From feats, the Big 3 are roughly superior to some of the Apostle's Chosen, clearly above the likes of Ella, Eistheth, and current Valravn, and MAYBE Syla, but that's a long ways away from being better than an Apostle.

Do we know which of the Apostle avatars have been killed? We know six of them died, three by Indra and three by Valravn. To my knowledge, we've seen the Rebis, Mommy the Fourth, Daddy the Third, Indra, and the Lord of Dark. I'm not sure who the last Avatar living is.

Indra and Valravn killed the missing members of the Chosen, not the Apostles' avatars. From what we know, the avatars either burn out on their own or get hunted down by the Lord of Dark and his avatars. We don't know which ones are currently active, though.

What you're talking about are not the Avatars, but the Apostles and the Chosen.

Avatars are literally the Apostles inhabiting a worthy body so they can temporarily interact in the lower spheres. They have been killed just by the 7th, or Lord of the Dark, for all we know as of now.

Indra and Valravn killed some Chosen, I don't think we know exactly which but we can easily infere that the killed are:
The 1st Chosen, the 3rd Chosen (replaced by Ella during the events in the game), Syla (killed by Indra), the 5th Chosen, the 8th Chosen and probably the 11th one too.

As the ones we've seen alive are: Indra (2nd Chosen), Ella (3rd Chosen), Aos (6th Chosen), Valravn (7th Chosen), Eisheth (9th Chosen), Aglaecwif (10th Chosen) and finally the Rebis (12th Chosen).

What a wonderful delight this turned out to be. I was fully expecting this to be a drag and while I'm still not a fan of the art, the story quickly sucked me in.

But I still felt the impact as I really like the characters in this.

Ah, I keep getting them mixed up, since iirc Indra is both Avatar potential and Chosen. That would make a bit more sense.
