I think it's likely that the whole party will get power-ups by the end of this arc.
  • The MC. I doubt he's going to evolve to level 4 yet, there's still stuff for him to do at level 3, but he should have his Memory powers boosted a lot following recovering his memories. I can see him pulling out some of the lesser abilities Syla does in the flashback to her fight with Indra, things like making enemies forget their abilities or projecting false memory decoys.
  • Deryl. He's got a working Philosopher's Stone and a world full of monsters to shove in it. He should have lots of material to make new tech with. Plus, there's the bit about him thinking that learning monster language from Ella will help him better understand his thoughts from when he was a monster, and give him back some of the insight into monster biology he lost.
  • Michael. I can actually see Michael being last to get a major power-up, possibly not until the team is back on Earth. The Hexenring the group has to fight will fulfill the "absorb power from an S-class" step of his evolution ritual, but he believes there are more after that. So he probably won't evolve until after everyone else gets their upgrades.
  • Alice. She's got a lot of possible upgrades lined up. Getting her ring working and acquiring a strong new weapon, evolving to level 3 as a result of the stress from taking control of the Hexenring, and even the potential of permanently controlling the Hexenring and essentially getting a weaker version of Nico's powers from it. Alice is going to be a powerhouse.
  • Liz and Amber. There's been so much foreshadowing of something going wrong with Liz and Amber's evolution that there's no way they're not going to evolve soon. And with their twin resonance, each of them evolving once should put them both at level 3. Let's just hope whatever side effects they face aren't too bad.

My thoughts on MC, and Michael.

MC: I doubt he will evolve to his 4th evolution prior to mastering his memory trait until somewhat close to "3rd evolution tier" just because i intuitively feel that the balance would be far too tipped off his genetic monster makeup.

Michael: I, unironically think Michael has the potential to become onpar with MC or even stronger. That sexy grey alien bitch informed us that Authority, the daddy of the 1st and 2nd apostle was the strongest one out of the other kids on his parental generation. So I assume its only logical if someone with a very combat mind that gets some SSJ69420 2nd apostle powers becomes mega broken to the point he will be the one to fight Indra.

You mean "Order" right? Because authority is first and power is second I doubt Michael has any chance to get order he had low compatibility even for power so I doubt he has enough compatibility for authority so that he can unlock order. As for Indra fight I really wish his end to come by MC's hand even though I don't care much about Syla as a character it's the principle of it to avenge MC's mom.

Btw. does anyone play the "having a bad relationship" route with the dad ?

It would even be reasonable for other mcs considering how the dad really isnt careing much :ROFLMAO: buuuut i just cant made to believe that our mc here gives much of a shit about that and is more like "cool, got the house for myself" shrugs

If Michael gets as strong as mc. It will be because of his skills and not power. We must understand that mc has two powers and that he has not been using one of them the entire time. Also Michael has a very low synchronization to monster power. I believe weird world gave him and Jake those powers is to nerf the first two apostles spawn

True, though that mostly only applies if MC manages to train both memory and body at the same time and retain the effectiveness of both, otherwise his progression should stay relatively similar, if a bit faster on the power side and slower on the skill side, since he would make no effort to master either, and switch to the other when progression slows down.

Also, where is the sentiment that Michael has low monster/power trait compatibility coming from? This is like the second time I read this in here and I'm pretty sure I didn't miss something this important... Did WW say that in one of his streams?

The game pretty much states this why do you think Ella gave him the the lighting monster's pill because lik his brother Met his compatibility is higher to a lower level monster whereas Alice and Mc are highly compatible to apostles even though Alice isn't an apostle spawn she has very high compatibility with the Ether .Michael pretty much forced his way through sheer will and skill to get a higher tier power and parent.

Nah everyone is nerfed if we go that route but in truth it's only the mc the one with dual traits so if anything it's just him breaking the normal.Alice might get full powers of Ether but I doubt she gets much from time.Same way the moon twins also are divided with one and one trait only.Ella herself also is a example like all of them.Tiffany and Claudia also look like they will only have one trait aswell It's basically what Syla said getting 2 traits provide mc more adaptability whole one trait spawns might be stronger in sheer raw power.

I don't think monster compatibility works like that. The game only ever talks about two types of compatibility: general compatibility, and compatibility with specific traits.

General compatibility is how compatible someone is with getting powers in general, and shouldn't be influenced by the powers you receive necessarily. This is supported by Ella saying that Emily has higher general compatibility than both her and MC, but she doesn't know what monster parent would specifically fit her. If this was about how strong the monster parent was, you'd think Ella would've definitely just chosen one of the apostles to be Emily's monster parent.

Another point is that MC's dad was perfectly compatible with body but had atrocious general compatibility, so he couldn't get any power without monsterfying.

Trait compatibility, meanwhile, is self-explanatory. It is the reason MC isn't a perfect mix between body and memory, and a much more likely candidate for why Ella thought the Leigong fit Michael better, as we know it is genetic, or at least related to your heritage in some way, and not (entirely, if at all) mental, as well as can change (though the circumstances might need to be extraordinary), as Syla's formerly perfect compatibility with memory decreased. This I see being lower for Michael, but Leigong is still mostly a power-based monster, so it shouldn't be low in any meaningful capacity.

Ella says he only has about 50% compatibility with Power during the scene where she gives him the second pill.

The Leigong is 58% Power, 8% Fantasy, and 34% Ether.
Michael most likely has some level of compatibility with Fantasy and Ether as well, which makes him more compatible with the Leigong than with Power.

Huh, didn't remember that. Thanks.

Ella never specifies exactly how compatible with Power Michael is, she explicitly says he's not an "exact fit". That doesn't mean he's low, it just means he's not perfectly or borderline perfectly compatible on a genetic level with his apostle like Jake or the MC respectively. I reckon his genetic compatibility for the Apostle is quite high, definitely more than 50-58%. Power seems to like Michael a lot, considering how its actively guiding him at Level 2 like Authority did with Jake and is being offered rites to perform for additional abilities just like Ella.

Ya does our Apostles not like us? I mean ya the eye told us that we need to eat some people like Jake and Danica, but we only get corrupted and a dead end nothing else
