Pretty sure you're incorrect. Not only on the stream that it was said in, it was the 3rd Stream, by the way. But on the fact that even with the context of Ella having a low body count. That doesn't prove she didn't fuck Dave. Dave knows he fucked Ella. MC saw memories of her fucking Dave. Ella pretty much admitted she fucked Dave. WW also said Dave fucked Ella.

And even if WW said that specific thing, the Slut Tier stream topples that idea entirely. Ella would fuck just about anyone if it furthered her goal or just for fun. So while she isn't a "slut", she would fuck in a relationship and seeing as she used Dave to get close to MC. We know for sure that was true.
Actually, I could be potentially remembering things wrong. Maybe I'm having a Syla moment? I could've sworn Dave said he fucked her and that she was too crazy so he's dumping her. Ella then said something along the line of guys love talking about girls they fuck at the start.

But looking at it again, it seems to be much more vague than I remembered. I wish I had my old saves with all of these dialogue points saved. If I remembered that earlier part wrong then the memory part probably isn't as clear about it as well. Especially if that was Christie talking about fucking.

That also means WW had a Syla moment too, since he said that it was true that Dave fucked Ella. Oh well, if I'm wrong and it's not true now, it will be in the future. At least on the NTR route in 1.0, that is.

What's weird about the Other World is that it extends between Earth and the monster world
Think about it, for that to happen nothing else needs to happen then a few people realizing that you do share the same space.
Be that the universe, a planet or a city. To the mind distance is merely an idea, time is a reality though and once the time to cross a certain distance becomes virtually 0, you and the monsters might as well live in the same city.

So for the city to connect humans and monsters they only need to think of each other as close by. And the monsters are liable to have done that for a long time already.

Through the Portal is the same mental effort as walking down the street.
Time to play the street walk manifesto.

Dw, I don’t care much about the art. I’m here for the story, which I’ve heard is very good. I’m also hoping for some good romance and interactions with the girls. Again, thanks, and I’ll make sure to give this a thorough chance and not bail early.
Thursday at 2:54 AM to...

This shiet is Peak.
Friday at 7:48 AM.
Yep, that's about one binging of this worth of time, including once or twice nearly falling over from laughing at the amazingness.

Either way, welcome aboard the crazy train.

EDIT: Aw, fuck. Michael got got by the skything. I KNEW that "thank you guys" moment was gonna be a prelude to someone eating it. Shieeeet.
Side note here, am I the only one remembering mind!Michael saying he's killing everything because he needs to acquire enough power to kill god *and* Ella describing the skything as god a dozen or so scenes later?

After this line, I’m definitely refusing if she asks for it later, lol. Kinda regret being on her route since I expected more.
To be fair, Tiffany told you why she's doing what she's doing. She doesn't really love the MC or anything. They're just partners in crime. And I won't spoil it for you, but you'll see very soon on why.

Though, you technically should've heard part of it from Xanthe and Dexter conversation earlier in the game.

So I shouldn't expect that to change, huh? She’s just going to stay a bland cunt character the whole way.

Like I said, I won't spoil it for you. She has her reasons for being the way she is. You partially see it when you first talk to her at her house and from Xanthe telling Dexter that Deus told him she would be dangerous for him in the future. So pair the implied patricide with what she said there and you can see where it's going.

You should be around the Jake arc or a bit after it, yes? That means what happens is closing in. After you pass the Absolute Cinema that is Dark Swings A Lot, you should be closing in.

That particular bit will always be a soiled page in this story.

It's nowhere near as glorious as Alice' arc, as evocative of the personal dread as the twin's arc or as winding and uncertain as the two parts of Daryl's arc, but a slow motion crash that is meant to show you that this is not a super hero story and that these college kids are not equipped for what's coming for them. It's about manipulation, both from the people around you and the forces that guide them and you, and the person you have to become, looking at the prison experimentation, in order to survive in that kind of world.

It's why, at the end of that arc, eating Jake feels, at once, totally justified and wrong. Tonally, it sets the stage for everything that comes after and it has to coalesce everything into a coherent whole into a very un-pretty way.

Also I really like that pfp, dunno what it is, but in its small form the eyes almost appear green.

Yeah, I remember that, too. But we also learn in the game that there's a difference between capital Gods and gods. Some creatures are just worshipped as gods. The Qlippoth could just be the latter, while Michael's role is to gank the former.

That said. Yeah, I can see that being foreshadowing for Michael killing the Qlippoth. That thing is definitely gonna make its way over to Earth. Its gonna have to be dealt with.

This is the full picture. Forgot where I got it from but the artist name should be in it.

As for the Jake arc, it wasn't really to my liking after coming down from the high of the arc before it. Even to this day, it's still the weakest arc in the game, to me. I also felt like too many things went Ella's way when it really shouldn't have. Especially with what we currently know. It's obviously for the plot, of course. But that doesn't really help it or make it better. Just makes the whole thing feel meh.

I don't really recall any particularly noteworthy examples of shenanigans in that arc, except Monster Deryl immediately going to work with Ella.

Exactly, this 100%.
Though if I may add to it, Alice is also in my opinion very monogamous. I believe she even has a few lines where she says she would rip the head off any woman that gets it on with the Mc ( though it was a light banter ), still, there are many pieces of conversation that suggest Alice is absolutely not into sharing, and I hope WeirdWorld keeps it that way, I hate it when Visual Novels dilute a heroines personality just to accomodate the harem route enthusiasts. Alice is absolutely not into sharing.

She likely also views sex in a much more restrained way due to her past trauma. To be honest, if I'm doing an Alice route it would feel like a betrayal to fuck other chicks, afte her absolutely heartfelt speech by the lake ? Nah, Mc does her dirty if he cheats.
When she finds out he's been getting it on with Amber she also seems very slighted but suppreses it.
I guess you missed the threesome with Alice and Tess, then.
Alice is 100% into sharing, she just has deadpan humour. That, or she's suppressing that fetish and only felt comfortable doing it with Tess at that point.

Monster Deryl immediately went to work with Ella because he's (presumably) still constrained by Charlie's power.

i agree with you. Alice would absolutely prefer a monogamous relationship but the MC if he continues to pursue her gives her the thing she values most in the world: acceptance. someone who sees all of her violence and ruthlessness and loves her anyway and actually wants to stay by her side through life's trials and tribulations. i also think that the op was blowing alice's comments about the MC being with the twins out of proportion cuz she's not pissed or betrayed or disgusted she's annoyed that he never brought it up himself even though everyone knows MC has been dating multiple girls pretty much since the beginning (which is of course why she's not super pissed since he's never lied or tried to hide it)

Casual sex with a close friend of hers who the Mc has no romantic feelings for and she is there is different than pursuing romantic paths with multiple ntheroines.
I think you got her character wrong, she absolutetly does not ''just'' have a deadpan humour and is '' 100% '' into sharing, there is zero indication she's into the Mc whoring around idk what you're smoking.

I think that the Qliphoth and the thing that produce the weird 'floating' effect on the Monster World are two separated entities, from what Aos said and other implications on the latest update, I think is possible than the 'god' on the sky is the mutilated/warped Sky Queen, transformed into a Monster after being defeated by the Apostles, the Silat talk about the sky Queen having been a 'False God' but strong enough to fit the title, and that she was something without classification, not a monster and definitely something greater than a Spawn(i think is safe to assume than the Trio of HERO is if not already that, close enough), so she being a 'Monster' probably nerfed her, hard, enough for Michael to kill her without the need to become as powerful as Bernhardt, since for the Queen to come down from something without definition to just a Monster, would be a downgrade.

v0.999.

So is this game basically done?
Three more updates it seems. An update later this month, followed by the penultimate update, and then the 1.0 update to finish it off.

Interesting. Man, Alice is gonna have her work cut out for her, with that kind of madness up there.

Oh, I like that idea a lot. Aos called the thing pulling people into the sky a "desecration", and that would certainly apply to the twisted remains of his people's God-Queen. And wasn't the face on the Queen's statue carved off? That definitely fits as symbolism, the Queen being mutilated and losing her identity. Yeah, this idea tracks. Good catch.
