Back to playing some more. Time to see where the Hex's fissure dumped MC and the gang. I assume this is the start of the monster world arc I've seen mentioned.

Also, did anyone else initially think the eclipse was due to MC going rage mode at Cole? I got so hyped seeing that, thinking EyeGuy was about puppet MC and do some bonkers shit and the eclipse was EyeGuy warping reality as he manifests. Ah, well...

Hell there's been a few posts of people saying they wish he'd turn Cole and Jared into females for some revenge sex :ROFLMAO:. The possibilities are endless, my only fear is fans who are prudish. I mean the last Alice scene contained some light cannibalism play, as if the author was just lightly testing the waters for some of the more niche fetishes, and I've seen a number of people complaining and pushing back. I wish they didn't, this game has and should have scenes to please both the vanilla crowd, and the more, degenerate crowd shall we say, I hope they let WeirdWorld cook and experiment with as many fetishes as he likes.

I personally am definitely hoping for more female Mc scenes.

I didn't have a problem with that Alice scene, but WW 100% should have made that part of the scene optional, and I think that's the main problem people had.

That definitely would be for the best, right? It's better to push out of nothing than push from air, that way he wouldn't have to worry if he gets launched into space or something else.

Omni-directional flight seem like the way to go. But apparently that is something that the Evo trance doesn't grant you, Cole received a sort of fly capability using his power. While the use of Monster energy itself to move, that Elijah and Kira shown, was something taught to them by Bernhardt(and even then, those two didn't exactly master it.), so is either MC having a big brain moment on his Fourth, and beganing to train that, or one of HERO'S trio train him on it, Malik, Bernhardt and Henri are able to 'move' just by will alone after all, not needing to move their bodies, like when they were about rescue MC and wipe SIN out.

Dunno how I never found this game until about two weeks ago but holy shit it is peak VN. The art style started off rocky but the world building and all the characters are just so fucking good and make me care about them, and its awesome to see them evolve and grow stronger. The fight scenes are expertly crafted with music and sound effects hyping up the action happening with the art pieces. Now that I've reached the end of the content I can't wait for more!

It's one of those games where the sex scenes don't even matter to me and I usually skip through them (I still taking every option to fill the gallery). It's rare that a game has drawn me in this much!

I have done the most "pure" or "heroic" route (haven't killed when given the option to) and I'm curious to see if the story changes much if you go full corruption.

I'm happy your enjoying the game but its kinda funny how many times I've heard this about the game. I swear every few weeks there's a new guy in the thread saying some similar. I guess it shows how much of hidden gem this game is.

true, I was like that too back then, the images/art style in the OP turned me off for a long time, then I had nothing to play and gave it a shot. Was a wild weekend.

Will the game reward me for trying to follow a more moralistic route? So far I've killed almost every time and my corruption is pretty high, the MC is really badass on this corrupt route.

Eh, not really. Corruption choices sometimes give extra power, but it also means you miss out on some affection points because you become too much of an emotionless bastard. The fine line to straddle if you want best of both is to keep it at 30 corruption or so.

It's a shame that the game doesn't give any incentive to follow a more heroic route, I hope this is changed in the final version, I know that some things will be rewritten by then, but so far the game is really cool following the corrupt route.
