The variables are already there as far as I'm aware. You'd need to restart the game to see the new scenes, but from what he said it appears those scenes will be sprinkled throughout the game as a whole.

Love Brianna she is so underrated in the community, most people are either team Ella or Alice, or Emily, Liz/Amber etc.
But I hardly see any Brianna fans, her telling the Mc in their coffe shop date he'll always be a hero in her eyes no matter what anyone says was really endearing.
Ofc I doubt she'll approve of him in a evil route but she is clearly one of his biggest supporters for people who play the good guy way.

This is true. I like the girls that approve of MC acting like a hero. So Jess, Brianna, Angelina and Demi to an extent are all cool.
