The eye that Shopkeep gives MC is the eye of Aglaecwif child. The eye that's bonded to MC is referred to as an Origin and is assumed to be an Arbiter. The set of missing gods above the Apostles. The Eye being Evolution, in this case. Evolution being Memory (4th Apostle) + Body (3rd Apostle).

I don't even remember, to tell you the truth. There's really no reason to keep it anyway. It's only purpose is to get something extra from her. Otherwise, it's useless.
