I'm at the making connections through memory training arc after the twins incident. Memory of Ether, walkthrough says the choices will decide whether or not Alice is mad at her mom. Can anyone answer what that leads to later on without spoiling it? Like which one is good / bad for Alice and the MC. And possibly whether it's for a pure or corrupted run.

I choose not to be mad for pure route. It doesn't affect anything yet so feel to choose what you think is best.

Yeah, I was also hoping the monster world arc would give the Mc enough of a power boost to take revenge on that bastard once they reach Earth, but that seems very unlikely at this point.
Besides the fact that Tanos is likely a level 5 and has God knows how many tricks up his sleeve, it seems he is deeply into the schemes of the Chosen, he likely is a key figure in defending Earth against the invasion
Some fans have speculated that with the whole Earth being invaded it is likely SIN and HERO, have formed a somewhat shaky alliance, or atleast a cease-fire, so it's likely the Mc will meet with both Xanthe and Tanos, father and son now working together, though imagining Amber and Liz's reaction to that is gonna be gut wrenching, knowing any hope of revenge is very unlikely at the moment.

You know I like to think that the form that arbiter takes whenever we get those bad endings might just be MCs level 4 form, maybe a bit corrupted with those tentacles shooting out of torso instead of legs. This makes MCs level 5 even more intriguing because then we know that MCs full potential hasnt been spoiled yet.

I have to say - I have played MANY visual novels over the years, but this is genuinely an amazing VN. It's incredible. Flawed in mechanics, but the storytelling is incredible and you get invested in every character. It's even made me cry a few times. I'm looking to replay from the beginning knowing how the mechanics work now. Looking forward to full release so I can shill this game hard to everyone.

Agggh. All caught up now.

The Alice/Danu fight was dope. Loved that we even got a Dragonball style clash at the end. But man, I wasn't expecting Alice to monsterfy. Love the look, but I wonder how her story is gonna play out. I figured her ending would be a "Level 5 Criminal Kingpin" epilogue type thing.

But man, final form Alice and upgraded Michael's entrance scene when they return to Earth is gonna be so goddamn hype.

The MC/Alice relationship ending is much better, too. With MC trying to break out of the hexenring to stay by Alice's side. Great moment.

Also, Malik busting a planet is insane. I keep forgetting the big boys of H.E.R.O. are BIG BOYS. Like, holy shit, man.

And that cliffhanger. Just straight up spaceships vs kaijus. Holy hell.

eh, who knows?
We know he is multitasking working on the next update, and also working on the art improvements. As a result, it's probably fair to assume that the update will be out end of this month, early next month. As for 1.0, we don't know.

Something that I think is worth mentioning with the recent discussion of Superhumans being infertile, is that it doesn't actually seem to be the case, just like someone said recently on the thread, SH have difficulties to produce offspring given their unique nature once they ascend, essentially becoming their own species. But Aos and Danu were able to have their Children while already being both Spawns, also, WeirdWorld mentioned on a Stream after the update, that two Superhuman successfully having an offspring, would result on either a Pure Human or a Monster, but never a Superhuman from birth.

So, apparently as long both Sups are from the same trait, they could potentially be able to reproduce, but that's particularly difficult since most supers are Mutts, with a ton of different traits. There is also fantasy, who seem to be able to just produce offspring with anything, like Glae does, but that's other deal entirely.

It was mentioned in a HERO class that two people with the same trait are still incompatible. As you said, everyone becomes their own species. It's entirely possible MC could work around this with his powers but he's never attempted it.
As for Aos and Danu, they had their biological children before they became superhumans. The "children" they had after monsterfying were metaphorically their spawn (everyone on the planet they personally transformed).

I was under the impression that the Arbiter is limited to the abilities that the MC had at the time of turning, but pumped up by a massive Power boost (like how Duncan is a lvl 3 with lvl 5 tier power stat).

IIRC, The HERO class only mentioned that superhuman are as of their current knowledge believe to be sterile, and to be honest, I dobut before the sudden burst in infection, the members had a ton of sex with one another. About Aos and Danu, I was talking about their biological children(not the species they created), they had them as Spawn, since Aos was a conscript and Danu come from a long military line, both of them only fall in love after battling together against the horde of Monsters, granted they might had their DNA preserved before or something, but it's unlikely, since Danu on her flashback specifically mentioned her womb being in use.

About the traits, HERO doesn't know about that, perhaps Xanthe, Dexter and the Trio/Captains, perhaps, but HERO as a whole is very in the Dark about things like Apostle Lines, what might have been mentioned is how even two superhumans of similar power couldn't procreate, but we know different traits can produce a similar type of power, Malik and Cole being an example, both of them work with heat, but Malik's monster isn't the Cherufe

I've been thinking with the rework of the early game, some slight changes may make things fit and flow better, also set up for the early game.

1. The MC was a very good swimmer in his youth before the accident.
2. He's really attracted to women in water and has a thing for bathing suits
3. He's always been good at reading people (memory) and his ability to suss things out is a quality that's already been highlighted.
4. Daryll has aspergers, can be difficult with people but the MC always got him once they started hanging out.
5. Liz needs something, you can see she cares for her sister, but her coldness doesn't work for someone you would fall in love with before we the audience see it.
6. Ella needs tweaked so she come's off as less indifferent to the MC's fate in the early game. Feels like it doesn't fully match up with what we know later.
