MC's mother ditched the 4th mommy (her mission) for an Arbiter. The way the eye talked to MC in the last update made me suspicious. It's been so long, so I might have forgotten, but I think last time the eye said MC and it are one, right? That made me think if MC is a piece of an Arbiter. Probably his mom's egg was inseminated by two beings, lmao, with her husband's dna and the Arbiter's piece.

Edit: Sorry, I misunderstood your comment. I thought you were asking for wild theories, lol. This is embarrassing.....:oops::oops:
I do wonder about MC's parentage. If I remember correctly, at some point in the past his mom was 'pure' but then gained some impurities which angered Memory. I am wondering whether it's those impurities that allowed MC to be born of a monster+human union. And I am wondering whether it was Tanos that made it possible. There's definitely something weird going on there. She shouldn't have been able to get pregnant.

So either Mom did something (but this seems unlikely since she was surprised that it happened) or more likely our dad is hiding something. We know he worked/works for Tanos and is also currently working with another powerful monster (Aos I think was the name) so he's obviously no stranger to the whole superhuman/monster thing. Perhaps he was modified to have traces of the Body somehow, or perhaps he's not even human.

I wonder if the MC-Eye form we've seen is also weak to lightning, since when you have enough corruption/power to see the extended Dead Ends, MC seems to have a little bit of consciousness left.

Uh oh, continuity error! (This is when the MC sees the more fully formed Eye after seeing Syla die.) WW said that the MC can still see through his fucked eye, his dad just didn't want to pay for reconstructive surgery
That's not a continuity error. Present MC just regained vision in the eye his kid self lost functionality in after leaving the memory. His present self is healed, his memory self only just went through the event that blinded it in the first place.

Bernardt is the strongest I'm pretty sure, everyone at H.E.R.O talks about him as HIM, the captain of captains, strongest superhuman alive etc. and even the eye say's when talking about the trio "There are two others nearby, each uniquely dangerous, perhaps as strong as he. Perhaps." although it does go on to say the other two would've been a better match for it to be fair and we saw how easily Bernhardt dealt with him anyway so maybe it's not the most reliable narrator lol. Anyway the point is that both Bernhardt and Malik are constantly mentioned as being equal to or even stronger than Henri which would therefore mean matching or even eclipsing an Arbiter. But Malik and Bernhardt don't fit any Apostles let alone an Arbiter themselves, they're just fire and wind, so how the hell would they have fire and wind on the level of a paradox level Henri? That's the big issue I just cant find a way to explain just how those other two with their rather basic skillset are able to match an Arbiter inherting guy, without being a match for something like that themselves, even if we say Henri isnt fully embracing it yet.

Plus from a meta perspective it would take quite a lot away from the MC and his connection if there's already another guy with thats already met the super unique situation needed, and that same guys also been around for decades already. Maybe the MC genuinely isn't that special but so far it feels like it took a perfect storm for him to be in the position he is. I will say though I do think we're meant to think he is linked paradox at this point if that makes any sense because there is for sure a LOT of hits towards that theory but I just cant get around explaining the other 2 on his level in any way to make it fully fit so I'm just head-cannoning it away as a red herring until we know more lol
Henri could technically be the strongest out of the three, however because of his powers being more unstable, he has to limit himself more. But generally I would say that yea Bernhardt is the strongest right now.

I'm curious to know: what superhero name did everyone give their guy? The ones I've used for different saves have been Apex (corruption run) and Proteus (hero run).

I want to think of a good default/canon name for the MC. We know that WW has considered Adam, and also Sevens as potential default names for the MC. Adam definitely references the whole "origin of man" thing that undoubtedly resonates with the fact that the MC almost certainly will develop the Evolution trait. Sevens seems to relate to his connection with the Lord of Dark.

In keeping with the biblical nature of the name Adam, I've thought of having his default name be Zachariah, which is Hebrew for "Memory of the Lord", but there is already a Zack unfortunately. Nathaniel, meaning "gift from God", references his miraculous birth. Or perhaps it could be Immanuel, "God is with us", referencing the Eye being within him. As for his family name, its a bit trickier. I believe that Syla doesn't have a last name, and if she does it's likely meant to be Stephen's last name. And as we know so very little about him, it's hard to come up with a good one. Since Stephens is also a Hebrew name, meaning "crowned", I felt it prudent to choose a Hebrew last name as an option. Koenig, meaning "king", would fit well with Stephen's first name. Esther, meaning "hidden", is also an interesting choice, but might be a bit too similar to other characters. Raz, meaning "secret", is also an option that doesn't conflict with other choices.

What about something like Thomas (after the Doubtful Apostle) Gregor (after Gregor Mendel)?

Gregor as a family name is really good, probably better than going down the Hebrew names honestly. Thomas is an interesting choice, but not quite sold on it, though it definitely comes off as more natural than something like Immanuel or Zachariah.

Maybe Ronan? It means 'Little Seal' and basically implies that you're the child of a Selkie, which is kind of what Syla is; what with the whole 'supernatural creature choosing to live among humans but always being forced/called back to the place she really belongs' aspect.

And a little one about Jake, though I'm myself was partially guilty of that, so I think we are clear for the rest of March, unless someone bring Liz's argument, though I haven't seen one of those on a hot minute
