Yes. I'm pretty sure he will stay scrawny. To me, though, he isn't as ugly as some other game characters. He's just kinda pathetic looking.
I still want to see an upgrade to Suppression - Wild Oats that makes them want sex with Billy and other girls but not other guys.

I'm pretty sure Baal said that Billy's physique will develop after the school based part of the game is finished.

She is your sister. At the very beginning of the game, when you "create" your character, you have to choose the "sister" perk. Otherwise you can't see her.
did tamara plot line now she does not show up at ncdl, i cant tutor her, lunch event happens but no progress

Is it just me, or is combat painful and possibly endless in this game? Fitness doesn't seem to increase your offense at all and the willpower attacks don't contribute anything.
The combat system is pretty lame, but supposed to be overhauled in 0.30. For now your best bet is using the two offensive flight skills (not the escape one). Those require energy, which you can gain every 100tics from soliloquy. When you're out of energy and waiting for the soliloquy cooldown, just use plain attack.
There's still no such thing.
