If you're playing it straight, just to earn cash. If you're using cheats or otherwise don't need money, no, not really.

I know it is just missed potential.
Control is a huge turn on for me.

choose wild oat. the family suppression can be replaced by mental illness
Your best option if you want something like that is to use Sympathetic Link to make them Obssessive or Nympho (which includes the suppress family ties effect) and then use MC to give them the Wild Oats effect. Without mods, it can be tough to reliably make someone Obssessive or Nympho though, especially if you want it to be permanent.

for me the grindiest part is triggering some events like sister and mom shower, and sophie visits or mom drunk, also classes and job success. For me get lucky is mandatory
it's also very hard to get points with characters you can't interact outside events like sophie and tamara
lowering inhibitions and raising corruption is fairly easy, the hardest part of that is grinding influence and money to get access to powers depending on your initial skills. It's also annoying raising girls trust at the beggining when they leave after only one talk, but this is just at the beggining
