i downloaded the game from gofile, i extracted using winrar then clicked on superpowered.exe windows smart screen pops up and i press run anyways then the game does not start nothing happens.
I have tried:

A few things off the top of my head:
The game doesn't throw up a splash screen to let the user know it's initialising and can take some time for its window to appear. Once you launch the game, open Task Manager (SHIFT-CTRL-Esc) and see if superpowered is in the list of active processes. If it is, wait.
If that doesn't work, hold SHIFT while you launch the game. The ren'py menu should appear and let you pick a renderer. Try a different one. Make certain controller use is disabled unless you have one attached, of course.
Ren'py doesn't (didn't?) like onedrive. Move the files to a different drive/folder and try to launch from there.

Corruption means they will go farther when they do engage; this does include other partners/multiple partners/kinkier acts. This is especially true for the school bathroom scenes.
Inhibition dictates how easily they are tempted into sexual activity and clothing choices, yes.
Obsession will not block acts with others. If you want to do that you have a couple of options: keep Corruption low or apply the mind control suppression named "Wild Oats". It prevents sexual interactions with anyone other than Billy. You can also choose to not activate the unisex bathroom -- most of the scenes with other participants happen there since Billy walks in and discovers the activity in progress.
There's not NTR in the game as Billy has no love interests. That said, should you wish to avoid seeing other males get some, limit Corruption to maybe 40 -- it varies by woman as their fetishes and interests (and thus rendered scenes) differ. The women most prone to other partners include Kelly, Samantha, Mary, Allie, and the principal.
Does this mean I can have inhibition as low as I can and not have the girls with other males and stuff. (I do know that if I have the inhibition to 0 they're just naked and I don't find it THAT appealing.)
And I will keep my corruption low.

Pretty much. Clothes are limited by context -- no nakedness at school, for example.
Note to unlock a women's fetish requires a middling corruption score -- around 40 to 50. You can drop it again once it is unlocked if you like.

There really isn't a way to hit Corruption without affecting another trait other than a few specific interactions with specific women.
One of the least intrusive methods is the Psychosism power that inflicts a sexy dream. It also reduces Anger which generally isn't a concern for my play style. You can hit a woman once a day and it'll add Billy's natural Social to her Corruption overnight.
I usually target Corruption before Inhibition so raising both isn't an issue and use a combination of the Psychosism power and the Mind Control suppression effect that raises Corruption and Inhibition at the same time. Then switch to lowering Inhibition mainly through the Sympathic Link to confidence.
As for the bug. Just to verify you applied the 0.45.03 patch linked in the first post of the thread. If you have then yeah well. The last release has a modest number of missing/misnamed/misplaced images. If that is the case you should be able to ignore it and continue without impact.

Not really. You can force it on using something like unren, but it really fucks up the variables.

For me "Better experience" is the better experience. It gives you tips on how to progress some scenes or how to get some variations you didn't know it existed. When you learn to navigate it that is.

The dev was upfront that he gave up on the game. Those who own the thread marked it completed rather than abandoned. My guess as to why (and it is literally a guess) is because the game is generally playable through to graduation which, even if not marked as an ending, is a milestone one can consider an ending.
The game does contain more than a few ambitions it never realized.
