I assume there is no general/free release for this one but I could be wrong. And since this is "just" an expansion to what's already there the chances are kinda slim regarding a potential leak here.
I would not call that "no new content." The game got like a thousand new renders throughout the whole game and more animations for episode 3. Though we are still waiting for some 300 renders, the dev said they were going to be released for Cyan's path.
Then scroll up 2 posts...or wait for Steam release as there is still going to be more content remastered/added, and I assume a lot more translations and bug fixes.

It’s a full polish of the entire game—no major story changes, but everything should feel much smoother, especially the adult scenes, which have been further improved. Same for the transitions which felt very rough.
So, no new story content, it can be classified as more akin to a remaster (dev calls it an "expansion" but expansions usually bring a whole new story and content), and if you played Season 1 and completed it, you will still have nothing upon loading your save.
Game ended the exact same place and there isn't any new entry into the gallery. No idea what's new with this update since no changelog. I did check out a few of the older scenes and it seemed to me that they are fully animated now ? But honestly I can't even tell you with 100% certainty if it's new or if it's always been the case.

AFAIK it's just an enhanced edition of what was already there. I don't know the numbers but there are a few extra renders and lots of new animations. Can't prove HOW much it really is though.

so it's no new content to me.what i want is the story continued, i couldn't care less of some new better (maybe) renders...how much time for a new story update? when was the last one released , i don't remember...thanks
Among the changes, as you know, all the dialogues were polished and improved much more. I read the whole game over and over to make sure everything is alright. It was also proofread by some professional paid proofreaders (which took some time as well), but it should look much, much better now.
- I added many more renders to the whole game so the transitions look much better.
- I further improved the "pauses" issues. I used to add a lot of intentional pauses, which seemed to be annoying. Now the pauses will be only when you select choices like "watch" or "look carefully." No more random pauses whatsoever.
- I added more animated angles and animations to several adult scenes, also improving several adult scenes significantly.
- Cyan has more adult and romantic scenes.
- Rosa gets an animation, and her dialogues were also much improved.
- There are a couple of secret endings.
- Audio was also polished further by purchasing more professional sound packs and effects.
- Many changes more
Also, the dev said he is now working part time on the game so the updates will be slower.
